I think Allan has nore long-term potential and job security. He probably won't score well when he's outside a prop in Turner, but when Burns/Douehi back he should be on the end of plenty of Souths left-side tries.

That said, I need to trade Rava this week and am going Seve because I need a base price who plays centre this week. Problem is, we don't know whether Scott's axing is a one-week thing, so it's a bit of a gamble.

Seve is a massive gamble and has showed nothing so far when starting at centre but I’m with you boys. It’s a gamble worth making for now in absence of other decent cows.

Lawrie is DPP now. Guess he will be living on my team longer than expected.

You're probably right as I can't see C. Scott being out for long.

I mean if he has decent game and Melbourne win well i don’t see why Bellamy would bring Scott back in anytime soon. And Allan just isn’t a good player

I would appreciate some feedback on my planned trade or James to ARey this week and if you think there could be better options?

    Cook
    Fifita Lawrie
    Arrow Murray Garner
    Cleary Arey
    Bateman Xerri
    Teddy CNK Sivo

    Rein Haas Burr Carty
    Rava Nikora Burns Sele

I could grab Ponga instead which is probably the smarter play but I'm trying to get a decent rd12 team together so thought Arey could be a decent POD

Do we have anything solid on Drown, or is he just going to be out indefinitely? Trying to decide between trading him out for Xerri or keeping him for poops and trading out Okonbor, who was a complete flash in the pan...

IMO he's a trade out. The 'indefinitely' tag is a concern and the fact that he is a pretty decent prospect suggest to me they will be careful with him. He's been a nice loop enabler, but IMO once you get to the point where trading him enables you to keep someone else that you dont really want to trade while at the same time bringing in the player you want, then I reckon go for it!

I’d for sure bring in Xerri for Brown. He is a must have

Bringing in Xerri and Whitbread for Okunbor and Drown, have a conundrum this week with Nikora out. Who to leave out between Xerri and Lawrie? Can’t leave out Capewell after the last 2 weeks

People bringing in Whitbread have no concerns he'll be out of the 17 when Wallace is back? How come he didn't play the early rounds, was that cause he was injured? or not part of the rotation?

    Hi all, first time posting.

What are your thoughts on the following trade options:

    A) Burns + Bird > Smith + Xerri
    B) Rava + Bird > Teddy + Xerri
    C) Burns + Okunbor > Cleary + Xerri

If I go A or C I have to play Rava in my 17. I have Morgan and CHT at HLF. Bird currently not needed in 17 but is in loophole rotation

Only one player across four teams today (CHT). Damn!!

Curtis Scott will be back in first grade fairly quickly imo.

Id make that call depending on how keen you are to take a risk. Lawrie likely has a floor of 40, perhaps could hit 60 on a good day. Xeri could net you anything from 0 to 100 I reckon.

I like A mate - mostly cause you will get an extra game out of Smith and he is a lock for your end of year team.

Also, while Okunbor has been a bit f a Bust the last two games, he could just as easily hit a score that propels him to earn a bit more cash and give you a round 12 player.

Burns is a sell IMO - $400k+ way too much tied up for nothing.

Who gets more points this week out of Kahu (Up against the Dogs) and CHT (Up Against the Storm) or should I loop the two players with DBrown.

Morning Folks. Any glaring issues with my team...? 27 Trades left, 374K ITB.

    Rein
    Fifita (C) - Vaughan
    Murray - Burr - Lawrie
    Morgan - A. Reynolds
    Bird - Xerri
    Tedesco - Ponga - Hughes

    Reserves: Tolman, Capewell, Haas, Bateman.

    NPR: Nikora, Mikaele, Brown, Keighran

I'm liking my team, I think Morgan and/or Hughes are due an upgrade, but neither are urgent trades.

    Thanks heaps!!
