My uninformed opinion is that smith will play, but will be hooked at the earliest opportunity. Unless it’s a close game, surely he doesn’t play full 80. I know they say this every year around origin. But I reckon that’s what happens

Yeah, it's hard to judge, but with no hookers surely he plays. I have 2 trades still with Ponga (Holland backup). One trade will be for Ponga this week or next, but if Smith is out, he becomes McInnes. If Smith plays ARey becomes James and Arrow moves to 18th man. So really want to know, and 1K short from Arrow to James, bah!

Looks like it has been confirmed......
Nathan Brown has been forced to make changes to his Round 24 team ahead of Sunday's game against Cronulla at Southern Cross Group Stadium.
Kalyn Ponga has been ruled out of the game with an ankle injury.
The fullback turned five-eighth was unable to take part in the final training run on Saturday which sees Connor Watson return to the halves.
Pasami Saulo also drops off the extended bench.
