Sounds like Smith will be sweet but when Ricky Stuart broke his leg in 1993 & playing in a Canberra team that included Belcher, Meninga, Daley, Clyde & maybe Lazarus (not sure if he was in that side at the time) they never won another game after that. So it shows if you lose a crucial playmaker from the team then the rest of the team struggle.

Update on Cameron Smith:
Medical staff will monitor Cameron's progress this week. At this stage he won't require scans and he'll be reassessed on Monday via Storm

It's strange how sometimes the app is slow to update to scores. It's still showing Cook's 88 points from last night, whereas the NRL app updated to 98.

First game scores updated  but not the second, weird. Ramesh and Sanjay maybe angry too that they didn't captain Cook haha.

Cameron Smith’s achilles/heel injury reportedly very minor, will not require scans at this stage. How injury settles down over the next 48 hours very important in determining his availability for next week

Haha, before the round started I said I would take Isaakos score if he got over 50, which he didn't so hopefully arrow bags a double.

Couple of things stand out this round. Storm and Broncos both don’t have a kicking game and will struggle in big games. The broncos aren’t good enough to overcome it, Storm can v teams outside the top 4 but don’t think they can match Souths or Roosters style of play with out bringing in a long kicker.

The Broncos can’t keep playing Boyd at center, he cant make(doesn’t want to have to) a defensive read so just rushes into the line to cut off the play, it worked for 2 weeks but teams have spotted it and are now exposing it.

Should be kicking for Fus all day long but being the Warriors we'll probably grubber it to Dufty every second set and he'll get a length of the field try from it at some stage.
