Tough luck mate, swings and roundabouts I guess. It's hard this time of the season cause your hands are really tied now and just gotta hope your players can be somewhat consistent each week.

a) scored 900+, and;
b) have a choice to play Arrow or Brown.

Means that no one feels sorry for you.

Screwed in most other circumstances

943 takes me to 999th for the round and some how went backwards. I guess the 1500 ahead of me all managed to be in the top 999 this week....

903 for me, SJ Arrow and Farah my only let downs really. Pretty happy with that, EMG's did well too.

As someone with less trades than you. I’d say 100% great trade



However.

It really isn’t a great trade. Isn’t Fainu about to be charged? Also, wasting trades on players outside of your 17 is madness, unless you’re creating cover

Wasted trade even if your bench is entirely halves. The extra 5-10 points a week from someone who won't make your best 17 isn't worth it. You will need that trade when an injury occurs and you are coping a 0 instead of a 40 odd

I wanted to take the punt on him and was looking at him and Surgess, but went Clifford and JTurbo, so could have gone the first option really, even though JTurbo should outscore Surgess over the last month and a half.

The only concern is we don't know how long Fainu will play, court in two weeks and Api should only be a couple of weeks away. Probably not worth it. I have 4 trades and still think it's probably not worth it.

I know right.. These people showing off their 18th men.

My reserves are Fainu, Mann (who Ive been playing because of Ponga) Hetherington and L Lewis.

Id love a headache of a decision between Nbrown and Arrow haha

I’m not much of a planner, but I’d actually hate to be in that position. I’d sooner have the money invested in my 17, not having heaps of super strong cover. In saying this, ask me again in three weeks and I’ve got no trades and no cover. Things might chane

Probably should not stress about which one of your gun forwards you shouldn't play mate. Everyone could say something like this most weeks. I can say I should have played Marsters over Aitken for an extra 29 points too, but there is no way I would expect to be able to choose the 4 lowest scorers each week, every week.
