i think its fine running him for the next few weeks as long as you have the flexibility with cash to upgrade him when newcastle legends mitchell pearce & brocky lamb return

If he can stand up and keep playing well, I think he can keep Lamb out.

Dedication, application & weight loss. Gurgess even cut short his Xmas holiday to start pre season 2 weeks earlier than was scheduled.

They seem to be making less errors. Maybe slight tweak in their skill sets by the new coach.

Yeah I think Mbye was in origin camp.
Also Milford will play if Hunt is out.

If Slater is out for a while I'd easily buy J. Hughes over Turbo for the bye period.

Apparently he is definitely out, QRL will release a statement shortly.

Mbye won't come into the side.

Likely Morgan to FB, with Milford onto bench. Ponga a slight chance to get bench spot.

Depends on the severity of his injury. J. Hughes would be dropped when Slater is fit. Who knows maybe Slater comes back & plays the rest of the season or he's out for a big chunk of games or he can't overcome it because it's a recurring injury & he retires. What I do know is J. Hughes is a gun & is purpose built for fantasy much like Radley is.

Surely Boyd becomes the QLD #1 - that's the least disruption to the side.
