Haivili, Gosi, Sorensen, TPJ. Which of these should I leave in EMG? Leaning toward TPJ

Do you mean leave in Interchange because I would not be having Sorenson or Gosi in my Int, just as easily score 20.

TPJ at Lock and with injuries to the team should get through 45+ minutes.

Pookus McFly wrote:Nobody broke Aitken, he just didn't score a try this time.
He would have scored similar in five of the other six games that he did cross the stripe without the T and associated TBs.

Most of his stats were on point:

Before this game he was averaging 12 points in RM, he got 11.
Averaging 17 points in tackles, he got 17.
averaging 3 TBs, he got 2 (but that stat includes the fact he got >half those from crossing the line)
The defining stat to his low score is that he averaged -5 in negatives and found -12 yesterday.
But that still only brings his score to 29 points (assuming his average of -5)

He has had one good tryless game where he found 7 tackles and 40 RM above his average, 2 offloads with only 3 in his other 7 games.

I think Aitken without a try is pretty reliably a 20-30 point player, his round 7 was an anomaly

I think he is the "Premium Centre" which will drop the most by seasons end
Thought so a few weeks ago, and wish I had made the call then
    Big calls thread?

Bold call to make a few weeks ago but I tend to agree that the dragons continuing to be undefeated and beating teams by 19+ points a game streak was never going to last.
It's probably recency bias talking and some combination of hindsight but yesterday showed in tougher games the dragons probably won't have enough in them to support Aitken and Dufty.

Maybe worth comparing him to Latrell as I feel is in the same boat (scores heaps of tries) but has goal kicking to offer a tad more protection against a rubbish score. Also seems to have another TB or two as a "base".

This pretty much sums up why I feel the "Premium Centre" to start with is overrated.

Aitken has averaged 41 vs Latrells 40.6 vs Hikus 33 vs Kennar 32.8 vs Isaako 30.9.

Realise we won't always get reliability with cheapie centres but so far its looking like an extra 350k at the start of the season gave 64-80 points so far.

I don't think updates went through Vaughan, JDB, Hiku, Teddy, Jacks and I.Papalii all same score. IDK the updates but surely someone's score would of changed.

No unfortunately I meant leave in emergency. My team is a bit of a shit show at the moment haha. Running JMK and Maloney as my halves if that gives you any indication, though the last two week's scores have been pretty good.

Just watched on NRL.com an interview with the Walker boys and their unique coaching methods at Ipswich Jets. Really interesting and groudbreaking methods to what is deemed conventional by the greater rugby league coaching fraternity. Would love to see them in the NRL one day. If you were a neutral fan of the team they coached you would be deadset watching that team every week for sheer entertainment.

Great watch if anyone hasn't seen it yet.

I would leave it as it is now. Sorenson probably higher ceiling than Gosi (80 minutes may help Gosi though). Kennar - who fucking knows. Croker - Rip . Surgess - :troll:

Chewie wrote:GI better bag a try tonight, you can't have a 250th and not get a meatpie right?

GI in the last three weeks has been in the negatives or barely positives almost halfway through a match. His trys, and additonal tackle breaks and line break in the same play, have glossed over considerably how poor his performances in fantasy are. If he doesn't have his two big plays a game he is struggling in the 20's. Let's see how he goes tonight. As a fan of his I do hope he goes gangbusters (in real terms and in fantasy for your sake). Good luck.

That's how I would play it. Potentially all 4 of your interchange players could score very well this week.
