Most clubs do it once a year and the NRL allows it in pretty much any round but very surprised the Titans chose Round 1 though.

Yep, thank God it's not the traditional 15 to 20minute minute back end stint.

Will tell you one thing I have noticed, once teams swap out their hookers after 30 minutes they go to shit. Yes they may be tired but the flow of the team changes.
