Fifita will be hard to ignore if round one team lists have a hooker and a half on the bench.  Maybe Prior is looking for an increased workload too.

Bukuya will be bumped to the bench due to gals return and hodko will most likely go to reserve grade.

Opening draw is Tigers, Bulldogs, Knights, Warriors. Not bad.

    this.

Teddy is a hand slapping TB machine.

great players, but stupid game to have. ticket sales have struggled, for good reason - they want regular season prices for a trial match... and any Cows or Storm fan can go see them in matches that have meaning (and a big crowd) in Round 2 or Round 7 respectively.

    Current line up:

    Smith
    Scott, Lodge
    NBrown, Murray, RFM
    Croft, Croker
    Hayne, Milne
    Tedesco, Ponga, Inglis

    Havili, Watson, Cartwright, McGuire

    Kikau, Hiku, Katoa, Brimson

Will wait for team lists to see where RFM is and potentially replace him with Aarow.
Brimson I might take anyway as he could come in for Elgey even after a few rounds, risky though.
Kikau the other one to keep an eye on.

This weather certainly won't help either. Getting worse.

I've been ignoring the JTrbo kicking rumours, but Manlt posted a photo of him goal kicking on thier official instagram.

If he does kick - who gets him in their team?

Supercoach with 4 point goals he probably has to come in.
Fantasy - is he worth it. would require a big rejig to get him in

I mean I know he’s a big minute player but that kinda suggests to me that he won’t be taken off.

Also while I’m taking about 80mins. I know players don’t need 80 minutes to get good scores but I like the 80 min players as obviously there’s more chance of a late minute tries or even a cheeky line break against a tired defence.

I gave him a thought this morning. It definitely helps, and I think he's going to play a lot of minutes week in week out. As Fishes said giving him kicking duties kind of backs that up.

I just saw the J-Trbo kicking photo & that's a poor technique because he has lifted his head as he's kicked the ball. He should be looking straight down at the ground.

Why would M. Wright be picked if he wasn't the gk because that's all he's good at.

But how many goal kickers did manly try out last year and he didn't even feature. From memory, koro, DCE, walker, wright...

If I was an 80 minute lock re J-Trbo would I want to be the gk. That means after I finish I have to rush back & get into position re the kick off. I'd much rather have a couple of minutes rest & relax for a little bit before going back to work. Sure CP13 did both but the game is much faster & more intense now than it was when he played.

Jtrbo is already an 80 minute player.

I suspect Manly social media guy is just trolling with the kicking. If I was in that position I would love to play with the minds of fantasy obsessives.

Welcome mate. That's a pretty good team. Love the Mitchell pick as I have him. I also like the K-Nik pick. You can rotate Leilua, Kikau & Nichols for the last reserve spot. You can rotate Hiku & Katoa as well. If I was to be critical I would say you only have 228k back ups for your frf but you can't have everything & if they both start as well as Leilua then it's all good. However there's a little bit of risk if their respective teams get back to full strength & they are back to the bench. When CHN comes back Kikau will end up on the bench & when the Bunnies are at full strength Nicholls could be out of the 17 or the bench. Also you only have 1 back up for your outside backs re Katoa. Milne could be an issue if he doesn't get the ctr spot but he can be sorted out on tlt.

Storm-Cowboys tonight. It’s pissing rain. Will be hard to get a proper read on anything. In fact I wouldn’t be surprised with some late withdrawals...if that is even allowed.
