But his eyes lit up when talking about how Pay was different in that he was to play an expansive game, and in saying you should play what's in front of you, you got to first grade for a reason, and Mbye repeated it, and that he wants Foran to be steering the ship. Listensing to that Lichaa's stocks certainly didn't go down.

There was an NRL Podcast with Lichaa and MBye a few weeks ago. I only listened to the first 5 minutes but similar result I believe.

Im gonna keep pumping up lichaas fantasy tyres this pre season. 2018s macca

I ~reckon~ that Pay had a quiet word with Lichaa before last season ended. Gave him assurances he would re-sign him asap once announced as coach. And that is rhe reason that he had such a burst of form in those last three games.

Big investment and out for both the bye rounds BUT a few points underpriced on his 5/8th scores from last year and with potential to improve on kick metres and tries (he only scored one last year). Great tackling base stats and probably more attacking involvement with a rookie half instead of Cronk. Think - with uncertainty about SJ and Cleary's field kicking roles - he could be the highest scoring half in the game this year.

I think, considering byes and trades, you can probably carry two SOO keepers in your opening round team and IF I go without Smith then am veering towards Munster and Teddy.

    Thats the way ive gone

So assuming this Carty as lock is rubbish & plays where he should in the 2fr the question I'm asking myself is do I want 2 Titans forwards (Arrow & Cartwright) in my starting 17. I suppose price dictates that I should. Thoughts.

Have you considered the impact on Lichaa with Nu brown on the bench. Lichaa needs 80 minutes to score 50. If Brown comes on for Lichaa for 20 minutes then Lichaa will only score 40ish.

Not really. I dont reckon brown will be in the 17. Personal opinion.

If he is then ill come back and quote all my pump up posts for a laugh

Even if Nu Brown plays 20 minutes a week, Lichaa will still make money. He had a few really shit scores last season that killed his average.

He likely won't be undervalued by enough to still be worth having, but a bench utility didn't immediately kill him as a prospect

Given they are both priced as they are, I'd argue that you do want two Titan's forwards. Value is almost everything right now.
    Assuming they both start.

I'd take him anyway and play Croker for two weeks until he's run on.

Problem is if Brown is on bench, you can't be exactly sure what he's there for. New coach. I seem to recall Dragon's utilities getting bugger all minutes, just there for cover. Correct me if I'm wrong?

Kurt Mann once played 7 mins on the wing from the bench

Haha. That's hilarious. Was it even from an injury?

Lichaa has a b/e of 36 for round 1 of 2018. If we take the worst case scenario & he gets 60 minutes. Based on his last 3 games of 2017 he had a ppm of .67 & that would give him a score of 40-41 pts. I can't see big price increases based on that.

If i was the dogs id carry a utility just for injury/hia cover. They have enough big minute men in woods, klemmer, tolman, etc that they dont really need another forward. Nor do they need to sub lichaa just for the sake of subbing him

A worst case scenario of 4-5 improvement and a best case of 14 improvement seems a decent shout. Not a no-brainer but still worthy.
