Nat Butcher is a gun however his price is to high to be a cash out. I'm sure this won't work, but its early so bear with me... but could i put the C on Surgess, the VC on Crichton and then after the game if Chrichton has scored higher, swap out Surgess with an NPR who hasn't yet played for the loophole? I'm thinking it should work, but I've got a funny feeling it will shit the bed.
