Nothing wrong with getting Fifita in R19-20, but why not replace Hodgson this week with a decent hooker who plays this week (e.g. Friend), so you can boost your score this week? IMO the only genuine upgrade options for Hodgson other than Friend are McInnes and McCullough, but they don't play this week.

Will 3 trades be enough for 7 weeks. If I got Friend this week and Fifita round 19-20. I play head 2 head and I'm second only 10 points behind.

3 trades is bare minimum. Expect to pick and choose when to use them if you only have three. I am worried having only 5 for the run home and that's currently with an 18th man.

Do you have much depth outside your 17?

I only have 3 trades so I guess I should hold off on selling RTS and try to turn him into Pearce in a couple of weeks time. Hope I'm making the right decision and not fall too much in the rankings by only having 9 this week

Need to make up 13k difference to go straight to Pearce so need RTS to have a big game next week for this to work,anyone have his b/e?

My advice was based on the assumption that you were playing for overall points. If you are playing h2h, then I wouldn't worry about R18 and I wouldn't make any trades this week.

h2h is all about qualifying for the top 8, and then fielding a decent 17 during the 4 weeks of the final. Hence, you need some trades up your sleeve come R23, in case any of your guns go down injured. You need a decent 17 in R26 to win a GF.

You don't have much depth (especially with  so few trades remaining), but you have a lot of cash, which is in danger of being wasted because of your lack of trades.

Fui is a decent back-up (18th/19th man) for your NPR bench, so I would be wary about trading him out too early. What about upgrading either Hoare or Stimson (instead of Fui) for Fifita in R19/20, since neither of those two guys will be of any use to you after R19/20?

I've got more of an issue with you guys trying to use your fat fingers to press the upvote on the screen, whats wrong with using a mouse like the rest of us?
