Just food for thought and like I said I know little about drugs, other than my Devil's Cut.....

Hi mate. Believe me when I say that Hindmarsh is 100% stoned when he's on the show. As someone who has smoked dope for years I know stoned eyes when I see them. Also Hindmarsh is 100% a hypocrite because I can guarantee you he didn't just suddenly start smoking dope after his career finished but he was smoking it all throughout his career. Look at a the legend that is A. Johns. He admitted being high when he played origin because he claimed it calmed his nerves. The nrl isn't interested in investigating this issue because it would expose the truth that drug use is very common among the players & more importantly that some of the legends of the the game were right into it.

What are Smith/Brailey owners doing for round 13? I have the funds to go Brailey to McInnes but after last night, besides Sharks not playing that round, I don't see it as an urgent trade. Hoping Smith backs up by some miracle.

Yeah I have both Lolo & Fifita in sc & I agree with you. I've been saying this for ages that nrl fantasy has been gradually morphing into sc whereby there is more emphasis on attacking plays. This is a shame because the beauty of fantasy is the difficulty in getting good points whereas sc just dishes out the points because individual plays are rewarded with greater points.

I think they are trying to morph into a game where there might be a bit of variety in each team, as opposed to every round 26 squad having a PG10/CP13/Fensom backrow like the good ol' days.

He seems to be the perfect sort of fantasy gun, similar to Fifita, Merrin, Surgesss, etc, who have a high floor in good base stats but also te tackle busting/offloading potential to get massive scores.

    Yeah Lolo is nuts.

I had to rewind a few of his runs last night. I can't believe how well he can move.

Lawrence out for the Tigers !?

    Hastings could play fullback

    Roberts right to go

Hayne will be right to go

    Ross Dog to reserve grade

Planning Brailey - McInnes for R13. Brailey looks to have pretty much peaked and a jump to a gun who has already had a bye is a great option.

He got 11 points over his BE. Will be interesting to see if he can back up with another good score next week. I'll probably still go McInnes too.

    Looking at Round 15, it's gonna be brutal. Potential targets I'm looking at, origin dependant of course;

    Walker
    Munster
    Lolo
    McInnes
    JDB
    Harris

    Slim pickings really.

Yep did outscore his BE but with Segeyaro due back round 14 it's unlikely he'll keep his minutes up

NRLStats shows dummy half runs. But they haven't updated round 10 yet so can't see it specifically for Mitchell.

Re the big bye rounds. It pretty hard to have big player numbers in all 3 of them so there's going to be 1 round where you will have low numbers. However you can have 17 players in the other bye rounds & this is what you should be aiming for. Round 13 will be just as important as the big bye rounds because those who have loaded up on Souths players in particular & Sharks players will struggle to put out 17 players.

championdata records dummy half runs - according to them, Mitchell made zero dummy half runs.

Slightly different argument - but he was my first picked player in Supercoach. With NRLFantasy tweaking year by year to slowly become more like Supercoach, I imagine that will be more common each year.

NRLFantasy had not changed its scoring, rules or stats provider in 3 years. In what way do you think is getting closer to supercoach?

This was on my mind all day today. Stunned. I'm a huge Pearl Jam fan, and I'm feeling for my boyz. They were all really close to him. Must be doing it tough.

Thanks mate. Will have a look at a later stage. One of Mitchell's problems is he's lazy & doesn't get into dummy half enough & do the hard yards coming out of defense. I'll be interested if his productivity in this area improved in the last game. He's my potential 2nd trade (already got Croker) but since I'm lining up Talakai to L. Mitchell & this trade doesn't have to happen until Sunday then hopefully the stats for the Roosters v Eels game will be up by then.

Seggy was on Fox last night and said he was still 6 weeks away, so Brailey owners might squeak an extra couple of weeks out of him if need be.

Edit: When asked why 12 weeks total (that's a long time for a break), he replied saying that because it was the second break on the same arm as last time they needed to take some extra precautions - or words to that effect.

Yeah, that's a reason why I'm waiting on Gal I think. Having Fifi also would have made it really tough with also Crichton and Surgess in round 13.

Lolo suddenly looking like a great option in 13 also.
