Hmm, 759 this week all done. Not terrible but has a lot of room for improvement. TTrbo scored miserably, which is a bit upsetting when i chose him over Guth. Any reason for it, did he get injured or starved of ball or is it a sign of things to come?

So on Saturday morning I traded elgey to field to gain cash with the intention of trading McInnes to Brailey and Pythian to teddy and holding j brom injury

    McInnes scores huge

    Abort that plan

New plan j brom to someone in the 300-350 range. Not sure who lead candidates Wallace and afb
    And then lamb to Norman

Score of 780 with jbrom I am happy

    I am brainstorming trades of

    Taylor out, Wallace in
Pythian out, Moga in (or Jennings/Burns)

Have zero dollars in the bank, So need to downgrade someone to upgrade Pythian.
Moga is a large human and it came down to not having enough $$ to start with him.

He looked explosive in terms of tackle breaks and offloads carrying the ball out and due to his first score being decent will bunny hop the price rises.
Would also feel more confident starting him over Kelly,Suli or Idris

Wallace was in and out of my team to start with as well, when I found myself with a spare 100k starting Kaufusi I upgraded Wallace to Taylor. While Taylor is a machine it's either him or Surgess and the latter is a keeper. Also his DPP will be handy again due to Yates and Kaufusi in FRF.

Tough decisons, Kromwich might score better in the dry and due a price rise, same with Smat and Siro.

I think im going to hold Phythian for now until i hear a more definite timeline or maybe until i hear a bit more about this Dufty lad. Its an obvious place i could burn a trade but I'm not sure there's any cows that i want to fuck with the team enough to get given his pricing.

I completely would give him that too under normal circumstances, but need to work out a downgrade from somewhere.
Need an exit plan for Lamb,Elgey should they not generate cash fast enough.

I hedged my bets starting with a stacked 2RF (below)so I could slaughter a non performing cow early

    JDB,Surgess,Taylor,Kromwich,Smat,Siro

But if I let the cheaper players who have potential to score similar go another week then their price goes through the roof and becomes less viable.

Alternatively you go someone like Winterstein and gamble on him scoring 30+ while keeping his role.
At 200k he is awkwardly priced though it gave you a week to see how he scored.

    Same as my plan.

Im hoping there is enough cash left from downgrading DSaifiti to Wallace so I can go Pythian to Moga.

I've got 32k in the bank, does anyone know if I'll have enough cash to do this considering both Wallace and Moga are going up in price and DSaifiti should drop a bit.

I'm in a similar position to you boozey in that I have no cash to upgrade phythian.
Would like to bring in Moga or Talakai.

Not starting Talakai probably my biggest error.
Could have had Musgrove or JDB in if I'd gone without Walker at CTR.

Hindsight is wonderful though and not many would have predicted all the cheap CTRs to score so well

Of those players, I would definitely sacrifice Kromwich.
ET got his 40 in 60 mins and got an early mark because the game was over and he was bleeding from the ears.
Back to 50s from next week IMO.

The trouble with having all those cheap cows it will always be a crap shoot. Watch everybody reserve Moga and Suli this week and reap their 20s whilst Cotric and Idris score the 50s from the bench. History has shown me to always pick the wrong player, so I refuse to play. Two gun centers for me this season- S.Mat and Latrell Cool
