Moeroa disappointing with only 35. Did play 80 minutes though, so hopefully more ball comes his way..

Siro got a honest 42, he will make money which is all we are after and when he hits his peak, rack him off

Wins: McInnes, Guth, trading in Hungry Jack's for Elgey last minute, Idris as NPR, trading in Suli for Fogarty as an NPR last minute.

Losses: Dsaifiti, not having Moga, JDB, and Teddy

JDB's monster score is made worse by Smith's low score.

Likely trades... Dsaifiti to Wallace... Idris to Moga
(both cash making trades, their low scores will slow down their potential to make cash... and that is most important early on)

Those are some pretty big wins mate id be stoked cyclops

Oh ill absolutely take it. Good news was he played 80. Saw a rumour on the eels forum earlier in pre season that hed be an 80 minute player and mau wouldnt. At least in rnd 1 it seems that way, so hope it continues.

All hed need is one strong run with a few tbs and its a 45+, im sure that will come

So I took a gamble on DSaifiti and it didn't pay off. Cutting my losses early because he'll just leak cash at this point. I needed him to make money from the get go and it hasn't happened with that 20. If I go DSaifiti --> Winterstein via Kaufusi, it'll give me a cow that will make money and I can use the ~150k to upgrade Elgey to Gutherson. With that start Gutherson will make 100k easy and may turn into gun status.

I encourage anyone with DSaifiti to do the same and cut him away.

One of the reasons I also went with Dsaifiti was the safety of him being the expensive cashcow option. Easy to downgrade and use the cash to make some vital trades elsewhere. He won't lose too much this week

796 at this stage. Fairly sure i ended up on 791 after rnd 1 last year, though i think my squad is in a much better position this time around.

I'm surprised with brocks low score. He looked a lot more involved than that. Guess those missed tackles hurt

849 all up. Rank 325. Was a decent captain away from top 100. Cleary and Dafiti my only real disappointments. Wtf happened with Dafiti? He seemed to get no game time.

Lamb due a fairly hefty update missing his TA for the first try and some TBs...DSaifiti was disappointing will likely downgrade him and start Kaufusi next week. Any news on Phythian injury? Played him over Cotric/Suli! I'll take 720 with some shitty scores from my knights lot. Kelly also due a few TBs

Finished on a nice round 850.
I was pretty happy with all my players right up until this last game. Lamb had under-performed but I was willing to give him another week. Went in thinking that I wouldn't need to make any trades this week, but then Brenton Lawrence stunk it up in my FRF. My thought was that if Gurgess was a few weeks away, a PPM beast like him was the most likely to hold that value until he does. Well he cocked it up, and now I need to cut Brenton Lawrence out like the cancer he is. Will likely trade him to AFB next week whom I pray to god will be starting (like he should have in the first place). Really was a bit of pot luck with who would do well in that price bracket. Without a reshuffle the correct answers turned out to be: Tim Glasby, Albert Vete and AFB. Who knew?

760 for me, which is nearly 100 points more than I started with last year, so I must be doing something right in that regard. Definitely need to offload Daifiti. To whom yet, I do not know.

    Same here.

Gallen and Surgess over JDB especially.

Biggest calculation this week will be whether I need to bring JDB in or not.
Tedesco I'll go without until post origin and just have to hope he has a few low scores around then to drop his price

There's a reason why I tried to trade in some new backs, mine are woeful.

If it wasn't for Taumalolo my backrow would have looked very average as well.

Lamb, Elgey & Saifiti stank it up for me. Offset by JDB, Teddy & McInnes.

    859 ranked 215.
