You cannot join the League until it is setup by someone. You are in L3 which is still yet to be set up. When L3 is ready I will make sure the code is PMed to you.

As an aside, its nice to find out that the ultimate site isn't blocked by the work filter but the NRL one is (for being related to games) O_o

Nah mate, this normally takes a good week or 2. Not having the time restraint means everyone gets to ply their knowledge without pressure. There is a trade period and PLENTY of opportunity for wheeling and dealing and picking up players through the season. Not having team lists works extremely well in this instance, don't worry, and actually adds to the experience.
