603 with Friend, Gallen, SST, Barba, Mitchell and either Copley or Manu to come. Having Fifita tomorrow instead of Ese's 23 would have been nice, but can't control that.

Guth looked great a number 6, might have to rethink trading him out next week if he stays there. Oh, and fuck Mansour for turning up ever since I traded him out a few weeks ago.

My Hunt trade in this week actually worked although he still didn't look great. Hopefully the Gallen trade in can match the 70 I would have gotten from Mannering if I didn't think he'd move to the second row after Thompson was confirmed out, doh!

Amazing what a break away can do Milch.

I took a punt that Wallace would be out Peachy at hooker and Hardker to carve up at centre, oh well. 2 times this week i could have finished first in the 2k tournies with a little more luck

Hardker must be happy he flew all the way over here to watch the whole game from the bench.

Gordon has updated to 58 and is still the lowest scorer out of my 3 WFBs this week. At least something has gone right for me this week.
Offsets my CTR pair of Kata (20) and Copley, somewhat.

Updates for top 2 scorers from Eels vs Panthers:
    Mansour 98
    Peachey 71
    Gordon 58
    Gutherson 51

Not sure if the Storm/Knights game hasn't updated yet or if there were no changes in the scores for the top 2.

839 with TKO and manu to go

been a tough 2 weeks since I've been on here (been doped up to much after surgery-reflected on my fantasy scores lol)few injuries with semi+BJ+rapana going pretty bad (and for some reason I captained BJ against the knights-was trying to make a bit of a POD move-definetly backfired).

dropped me from 12th to mid 40's after a 550 last week but sitting a lot better at 15th so far this round

had Tturbo locked in for semi all week, but decided to switch to mansour after I saw their respective run homes and the sauce payed back in kind!

Trade in Gallen for Taylor gives me some good extra points this week and an injury prone gun for the run with with potential for being rested with the Sharks flying in the table or keep Taylor, sacrifice some potential rankings increase this round and trade JTurbo for Fifita next week? Not playing 80 is really affecting JTurbos scores

OK, ridiculous stream of consciousness time. I am seriously considering NOT trading in Fifita simply because he will affect the aesthetic balance of my team - it doesn't look right. I mean, I know he would actually score more points, but for some reason Paul Gallen seems to provide more symmetry next to James Graham in the front row. It seems kinda lopsided having such an expensive high-scoring player opposite someone less expensive and high scoring. Cam Smith is OK because he is nice and central in the picture and is visually placed at the "head" of the team in the hooking position. But it's like Fifita's awesomeness will weigh the boat down to one side, which is awkward. If he was available in the back row I could probably live with him sitting at lock as a kind of counterpoint for Smith. But there's no one else in my team who's quite worthy enough to balance him in the prop position. I guess Ryan James could do it, but I don't have Ryan James. I've got the same philosophy going in the WFB, with Tedesco in the FB position, having deemed Munster and Walker worthy enough to sit on his flanks. The same philosophy is somewhat dictating my centres - I've got Aitken and T Turbo, but they don't look quite right together. I was all set for a Dugan-Turbo combo but that obviously went out the window. For some reason I can kind of imagine a Leilua-Aitken combination or even maybe Croker-Aitken, or perhaps a Roberts-Turbo combo. They seem somehow balanced. But Aitken and Turbo together feels weird. I was all set to start the year with Leilua and Hurrell in the centres (twin rollercoasters), but when Hurrell got dropped I had to drop Leilua too. Sometimes I feel like I'm creating art...

Does anyone else get this mental?

That's a very tough call. I would probably hold off a week. That is of course unless you're into aesthetics...

Lmao just finished reading your last post mate! You beauty! Haha I can see what you are saying mate but dont worry about teams aesthetics just get the best avg players in! Tough at the back end because you are picking guys who score the best over the next 7-8 rounds not necessarily who has the highest avg to this point! Much more prevalent for WFB and ctrs because they can go on try scoring runs! Hopefully that makes sense

I am obviously thinking the same, Mansour's previous scores are really putting me off though. At the moment i guess i will play it safe with Teddy

I just read about him carrying on in 2017, but yes seems to have injury prone limbs. Why not take a punt on Parker?

Man sours score last night pisses me of, first and foremost obviously cause I don't have him, but secondly because with so few trades left even if I did want to bring him in I can't.
