Is Phillips from the Dogs a good cashout option? Or will he lose his spot when Stanley comes back?

Grevs gone immediately so could hold spot for a few weeks. Reports have John Sutton back around round 17. Can't think of anyone else who would bump him out provided his form is ok?

That there lies the biggest obstacle. lol!

I don't know, I have 127K at the moment but my second row is weak.  I'm looking at doing possibly a Fergo cashout this week or next and that should give me the funds.  I might also have enough left over to get ET or some sort of bottomed out 2fr, which I need.

Say if Fergo goes for say Phillips, that would leave me off the top of my head with 296K, giving myself 200 for Friend and then close to 100 to upgrade Holland, Gutherson or Blaw to someone like ET or Tolman.

Need some advice. 177k in the bank.

    Smith Parcell
    Jturbo Surgess Tolman Blake
Mannering Whitehead Cartwright Taupau Henry Leuluia
    Johnson Milford Hastings Feeney
    Holland Auvaa Gutherson Kennar
    Munster Barba Mitchell Mansour Scott

    Holland and Taupau out
Option 1: Harris and Aitken in
Option 2: Frizell and BJ in
    Next week Mansour > ET
    Thoughts?

Sweet well I might make him my Taupau exit strategy. It does mean i will need to pick a 4th reserve out of BLaw or Auvau though. The spare cash wil go towards Friend in a few rounds time.

For Fensom this week I'm putting the R on Bateman who is going real good.

Also just thinking for us Taupau and Fensom owners... scratch ...will Taupau out benefit Blaws minutes, and likewise Fensom out benefit Batemans minutes?

    Thinking of these possible trades

    Parcell to JFriend
    Aubo to BThompson

Understand with them not being ideal for byes but running low on trades so need to bring in keepers soon. Could wait on Friend trade but would rather have the trades 'ready' once origin players are selected.
Holding off a week could mean a couple injuries occur or a great cash out happens and you don't end up bringing him in as he is a fair amount of $$

Gives me a team for this week of

    Smith/Friend
    Surgess/JTrbo/Tolman
    Whitehead/Merrin/Harris/Cartwright/Thompson
    Norman/Hastings
    Holland/CLaw
    Munster/Mitchell/Barba

I'm thinking about final 17. I've taken fensom off my list at this point, which I'm ok with. What is troubling is whether Whitehead, or Jturbo belong there. I never considered them as keepers, but whitehead especially is making a case, jturbo I'm not as convinced. Anyone else have both plan on keeping or flicking them?

Have both but really comes down to how many trades you have spare and how many injury curve balls you get thrown.
Both won't let you down and capable of 45+ which is border line keeper, will personally look at them once I get to that stage (Which may never happen)
They won't let you down regardless

This idea intrigued me so I thought I would crunch some numbers.

Assumptions: Friend and Smith avg 65 and Parcell averages 50. Smith doesn't get rested.

Option 1. Hold Smith and bring in Friend for Parcell for round 13. During rounds 12-19 your hookers make 715 points, one trade required.

Option 2. Hold Smith and bring in Friend for Parcell for round 17.  720 points, one trade required.

Option 3. As you suggested trade Smith to friend for round 13 and Parcell to Smith for round 19. 705 points two trades required.

Now you might make some money with option 3, but I'm not convinced it'll be all that much. using Milchy's price estimator, If Parcell keeps his 5 round avg of 52 up, he'll only be about 440k by round 18, and that's if Korisau doesn't steal minutes. It's not worth an extra trade IMO. Thoughts? Seems to me from this exercise, you just keep Smith and get Friend in when you can.

Edit, and the bulk of that cash you would get with option 2 anyway.

Crunch the numbers on Parcell to McCullough after round 11 then McCullough to Friend for Round 15 or later if need be since Friend misses round 16 and everyone is quite set for round 15 anyway. I know that is two trades but chance to make some money and a few 60s with McCullough if he gets 80 minutes over origin period and also a round 12 scorer. Not sure who else to bring in as wouldn't want to gamble on de gois I don't think (6 missed tackles last week) and Lichaa and Hodgson are at close to there max price. McCulough could be 350K after this week and you could make 70k from a Parcell downgrade? Thoughts?

If I was picking NSW team it would be:

    Dugan
    Ferguson
    Jennings
    JMorris
    James Roberts
    Pearce
    Maloney
    Woods
    Farah
    Gallen
    Cordner
    Scott
    Bird

    Klemmer
    Tamou
    Merrin
    Frizell

    18th Man: Cartwright
    Notable omissions: Fifita, JJackson, Hoffman

I hope Frizell is picked, he deserves it!

Personally don't see BLaw benefitting as that whole backrow can play 80, although Buhrer may not be pushed this week. JTurbo may benefit?

Haven't really watched Bateman but on paper you would think he benefits.
