The NRL should have properly closed the rule when the Dragons got away with signing Gasnier for 50k first year and back ended the cotract massivly in the last couple of years only for him to retire before that.

So who are teh Eels players who are off contract at the end of this year/signed elsewhere that could be shifted out? Are they fantasy relevant and/or will they leave gaps in the team for cheapies/fantasy relevant players to come in?
