Wonder if a club like Cronulla will look to sign Garvey next year or whenever he is off contract.

His wikipedia entry says he's contracted with Doggies until the end of 2017. Dragons must have a lot of faith in their depth (McCrone/Havili) to have let him leave while he was supposedly on $80k last year

Cherrington is off contract next year, Tigers will be in the market for a hooker.

Wash your mouth out. He's great for Fantasy but I don't really rate Garvey that much.

Garvey's passing was pretty poor in his first two games. Reynolds, Graham and a few others had to reach above their heads to catch his passes and he had a tendency to not look where he was passing when he went for a run out of dummy half.
Great Fantasy player because of his tackling but a bit of work to become permanent first grader quality.

decided to cut Cartwright instead hoping Wade would finally show something but that appears to be a bad call. He's gone next week from mine

Jackson Hastings should get another great score now that J Nik is playing from the bench again. Lots of kick metres points I'm hoping!

Lara Pitt reporting that Peats isn't playing but should be good for next week, Cartwright is playing. Seggy still about 3 weeks away.

Last couple of days, some were asking about Nathan Peats. Lara Pitt just said that he was pushing hard to play today but won't, so should be a definite for next week.

What's the weather like out in Sydney? Hoping for a dry track for a decent attacking game in the Roosters/Warriors clash
