R6 Trade talk

Like a lot of teams, we had a poor round 5, with 672 points.

Smithies to Gutherson not our finest trade, cost us points and money.

But plenty of time left in the season, and we still have Cleary for next week -so what moves do we do to get back on track.

Get rid of Chan for a cheapie, if not named, in preparation for the Bulldogs looming Bye.

Nothing urgent, but Rapana to Angus (if people are confident on job security) or Lucy (if they aren't) would both be value moves. Our EDG is weak as hell and assume Rapana is a sell anyway before the Canberra bye and his cash gen has stalled for now even if he plays this week.

Are we interested in Jayden Campbell, Chevy Stewart, Kayal Iro, Angus Crichton?
I think all are tempting

Joe Chan, Jordan Rapana, Blaize Talagi not necessarily required any more

Given our EDG stocks right now, I think Angus is a pretty important trade in.
And take our pick of the cows for the backs

Angus and one of the cheapie backs for Rapana/Chan/Blaize

Think I'd go Rapana and Blaize for Angus and Iro

I think Rapana and Talagi for Angus and Chevy

Both play 13 and 16, so good for bye cover also
