Will have Manu, Null and Alamoti.

If Birds knee is cooked, who says he continues to play big minutes on the edge? He may even come back and need his minutes managed mid game. Happy to trade him.

I actually traded him out a few weeks ago as i was worried he would bleed cash (then he put up a 78)

But is Reynolds at 650k a good buy for a H2H player?

56 average when you take out his injury game.

Bye in finals is a pain but looking at a value premo and Tohu Arey and Bateman are the 3 that standout. in the 600-700k range.

Will see final lineup for Cowboys (or at least the 24hr update) before deciding what to do with Granville. Probably something boring like Oloapu

Trades 3/4 hopefully saved but depends on Origin carnage I guess.

Think I might also do Bird to Robson

Yeah I just have Manu, Null and Bird.

For a straight CTR swap then Penisini looks good (covering both 16 and 19 byes) but obviously is on the bye this week.

I'm pretty set on Host to Robson as one trade

Could do Bird to IPap. But I think it could be safe to hold

Kinda hoping Hynes misses Origin 2 because I actually have a path to affording him now (Hynes and Fifita the clear guns I’m really get slapped by week in week out)

Bird to Liddle (+ IKat & Host to Bateman + Oloapu)

Next week Loiero + Nikorima to Fifita/Hynes + Fainu

Possible issue with Liddle is Hunt back in team pushing Sullivan to bench likely lessens mins but still averages near 50 in 65 mins across career

Only have Drinkwater from Cowboys so 15 is easy enough to manage. JMK already for rd19.

Hooker options for rd16 aside from Robson are slim to none so makes sense to take the opportunity to grab him rather than mess around with the likes of Turpin.

Potentially could wait til rd16 to bring him in but just not sure who else I would get this round for Bird. Maybe iPap/Bateman I guess.

If you have Cook you are set for both 16 and 19.  15 is the easiest round to cover by the looks.

How is Horse any different from Matto though? I think Horse after this week will have clocked more minutes on an EDG than Matto this season?

For that matter, how is Horse different from Crossland? Is he not just legit injury cover for Brailey?

Horse is playing edge due to two edges being temporarily unavailable.
Matto seems to be playing edge when the Eels are fully fit (e.g. Paulo, RCG, Hopgood in the Mid) - kind've the opposite to Horse in that regard.
That being said, Matto has not spent that much time at edge, but assume the "decision makers" consider he is likely to spend more time on the edge going forward.

Brailey is a long-term injury, and AOB has indicated on multiple occasions that he is happy for Crossland to share the Hooker role with Mann going forward (and isn't looking to sign a replacement).
Whitehead is a two-week suspension (injury). I'm not sure there's been any suggestion that edge might become Horse's new role?
Suggesting Horse and Crossland as being equivalent is a bit of a stretch, I'm sure you know this Smile

A lot of interest in Robson. Are people buying just for bye coverage or do we think that he has turned a corner and is good value at his bottomed out price.
Could argue that he’ll have less demerits and more sniping runs with players returning to the Cowboys pack and them re-establishing some form…

How much faith do we put in the story that Bird is being rested due to knee soreness?
Since Hook left he has been rested both before and during games.
Any chance there’s more to the story?

Answered your own question - good coverage (best coverage if you already have Cook) and has bottomed out

Yeah good call, thanks for that. I’m not keen on Turpin at all so I may go with Robson too to cover for Cook in 16

    Bird to Manu or Penis?

Penis helps more with byes being available R16 and R19

Is that enough over the additonal points scoring of Manu?

Hunt was even closer to Hook and has been for a lot longer time. You would think if it were coach issues the same would be with Hunt
