Will probably end up in my team. 60 minute hooker should be good for 40 points a game

With MID severely lacking in cheapies early days is anyone tempted to gun up?

Grab Haas, Crichton, TPJ and be done with it?

Two DPP options that can cycle into 2RF as keepers if need be

Assuming you also have Cleary and Papenhuyzen, no way you can fit all 3 of those in and have anything close to a balanced squad.

You would need a heap of viable base price players to even consider it.

Seems consensus from yesterday is people aren't keen on Ryan James. but Utokoimanu is a possible bet for a cash saving on the guns. Peachey and Gilbert are 2 I have my eye on at the moment for potential starters at MID.
I'm sure others will turn up over the next 6 weeks.

There's also whatever cheap PPM guy people want to be disappointed by as this year's Leniu (Josh King seems the early favourite)

3 players all in contention for the 6 jersey at Broncos, Kelly, Mam and Walters. Kevvy saying the best defender in the trials will get the role. Mam looks to be a fantasy gun. Averaged 58 in Queensland Cup last season with 13 tries in 11 games.

Hasn't decided which position Cobbo will get yet, could be fullback, center or wing.

Wonder whether the Broncos are going to use the same 6/7 combo for more than two games in a row this year.

    Oooh! Zero dollar squad.

    Randall Clark JCook
    Welch Uto JKing KHetherington Moale
    STupou RFM Blore
    Cleary Hastings Illias
    Burton Tago Penisini
    Teddy Pappy SChricton Ramsay

A million miles from post-TLT sensibleness where we'll end, but good enough for a bludgey Friday.

Well at least we know that short of injury the 7 is locked in for the season.

There are a few mid options:
Welch, benefit from offloads and depleted forward pack?
Uto, can he start as he finished last season?
Arrow, big minutes on an edge then move into forward rotation?
Cotter starting lock? Can cover hooker

In saying that I've still got Haas as one of my mids. His output really picked up agaon when Lodge and TPJ left. Cant see why he wont start well this season
