Ugh had Eels 1-12 so not only did the Fifita no try on full time screw me as a Fifita captainer, but would've likely been an easy conversion for a 12 point margin Rolling Eyes

I don't know if this already a known thing, but I think I may of found a loophole when it comes to betting on the First Try Scorer market on SB.

So if you pick a FTS, you can either multi it with either a ATS and or also add To Score A Try First Half to increase your odds many fold.

I don't usually bet on FTS as I think it's a mugs game but if you're going to put on a FTS bet you might as well go all the way as your odds increase with out any consequence as far as I can see.

I already put this bet on for tomorrow so am I missing something ?

Yeah was really hoping for the try for fantasy too. Been on a pretty good run recently with the cricket. How good is it having 930am starts compared to late night starts (AEST) for most cricket around the world.

I usually use our edge portal to find the best price on first or anytime tryscorer markets and 'highest/model%' is which players are the best value compared to our model. Not saying to treat it as gospel but think it's definitely a good way to get started building your SGMs or finding fun FTS juicy odds bets.

By far the bet of the day: Host @ 7.50 on Neds ATS.
Souths obviously huge favourites against the Dogs, odds are way better than what they should be & what they are on other sites. They've priced him as a bench mid rather than a bench edge player who should play half the game off the edge.

Sorry lads, Ancer just didn't click early and then folded as if tackled by Kane Evans.
Hard weekend, went to end of game twice in the money on Rapid Fire and post updates lost both.
Great push DTtragic re Host anytime tryscorer.

Morikawa looked so good out their across the weekend in the British open.

Did decent on draftstars for The Open, thankfully picked Morikawa despite his struggles at the Scottish open. Great win from him, clinical.

Dissapointing Spieth fell just short though

Love this mate. Crunched into 41 on tab now but our model loved him at 51, can get that price on him for 2nd tryscorer still.
My best plays for the first game are Jacob Saifiti 81 fts 365 and Nat Butcher fts 2nd half 81 on TAB.

Cheers lads. Want to clarify that we use the odds comparison (6 betting sites) and model odds to identify the best value plays and this is all for free so we aren't a tipping/subscription service. But I do personally love tryscorer betting which is why I've been posting through our social media and on here + the Draftstars thread!

Data updates for draftstars & tryscorers today: Edge.sporttechdaily.com/nrl
Reasoning for some of my favourite value picks below:

    FTS
Hetherington 91 SB - way higher odder on SB than other sites, aggressive ball runner and best value fts play for our model by far for the Broncos game.

    FTS2H
Arrow 81 TAB - 81 for a player on a team paying 1.12 is crazy, obviously way higher than on other sites and will come on to play either side of HT so will be fresh and raring to go.
Ethan Bullemor 101 TAB  - has shown to be really good at running into open spaces, should get a decent crack in a weaker Broncos pack.

    ATS
Cody Walker 2.40 TAB - Understrength Warriors team, noted tryscorer + noticeably better odds than other sites.
Haumalo Olakau'atu 3.1 SB - Can almost use the same logic as Walker above + with Turbo back, Manly should lap the Tigers!

Cant help but still be happy with this. Walker won, Haumale looked good and close a couple of times.
Hetherington & Bullemor scored as 91 and 101 shots but not exactly when we wanted them to! Hopefully we can crack one tomorrow!

**Value NRL Try Scorer Plays ** https://edge.sporttechdaily.com/nrl

    FTS & FTS 2nd Half

FTS - Andrew McCullough 76 SB
FTS - Mo Fotuaika 81 TAB
FTS - Josh Kerr 81 TAB
    FTS 2H - Braden Uele 61 SB

    ATS

    Andrew McCullough 10 SB
    Braden Uele 8.5 SB

Reasoning: Uele especially is amazing odds given his career strike rate. The others are more for value compared to other sites' odds for them + our model thinks they're great value and they are crazy good odds compared to their historical strike rate for those markets too. Good luck lads!

So I don't share and I pick one again. Backed Cameron Champ at 81/1 in the just completed 3M Open. He beat home Oosthuizen into 2nd. I backed a couple in the tournie, but the odds on them easily allow u to have a crack at a few for relatively small outlays.

Edit: Almost forgot, I backed Harding to win the Cazoo open this weekend also, one bet in the tournament only at 17/1. He took it to a play off and lost out on the first extra hole.

Ripper. Might have to go and pick up a club myself !

Holy shit, nice work mate. Wish we had a more vibrant betting/dfs thread. Seems like people love discussing it on the main thread but don't venture outside of there. If anyone's got an idea to attract more people to get amongst the chat feel free to throw up suggestions?
