Finished the round 34th overall post-updates (thank you Jack Bird). I've been playing fantasy for 7-8 years (never finished top 10,000), and i never realised how much luck is involved, especially near the top of the rankings. One injury and your season is pretty much over. Here's hoping my team stays relatively injury-free this year

Also, thanks to everyone on this forum (esp. the regulars) for the discussion that takes place here, i'd be lying if i said that you guys aren't the reason that i'm doing well this year Good luck for next week!

Geez Bullbender's league is brutal. Only h2h lost this week. And I can't complain about unlucky matchups, still would have lost against several others!

Thanks! i try to keep up with this forum whenever i can, but i've just started working my first full-time job so that's been eating up a lot of my time recently. I'll definitely try!

updates have got me up to 1095, and from rank 2293 at the start of the round to 1548 overall (overall score 4973).

Moses downdating sucks but Bird updated enough to counter it

Okay weekend. A few frustrations.

Trading Matterson to Papali'i in SC and VSDT looks like a choice move... bit irritated I didn't do it in Fantasy too.

Scored 1035 in H2H team and definitely decided this week that next year I'll just do this one team and it's my Overall team too, regardless of Origin issues etc because...

FOG team scored 998 because I left fucking Moylan at 18th man and didn't slot Liddle into Matterson's spot - as per the plan. Countless hours of the days to do so and it didn't cross my mind to check the team once. Small moment, but just makes me want to delete the stupid fucking team as I'm not even paying attention to it so what's the point?

Irritated with how the whole Averillo thing played out too. Stated a few weeks ago I'd hoped he'd be a keeper in the CTR position for the year, and I'm absolutely not saying there's any possibility he will be based on yesterday alone. I never wanted to trade him out, but when he got dropped and it looked like he may not return to the team, in the same week Sam Walker starts... what is one supposed to do? Had to pull the trigger but a tad irritated now.

Anyway, sorry, that's a really negative post. Highs and lows. Just a bit pissed off about the FOG team and completely forgetting the whole point of setting the team up like I did for the weekend.

1035 is nice for my H2H team, though. Happy with that. Something like 1026 in Auto-fill too, which was fun.

Congrats once again to all the massive scores on the forum again this week. Amazing to score 1035 and still feel like you've only scored average to below par. Same deal in my work comp - I think I was about 7th highest for the week. Clear divide between Cleary owners and those without.

Oh, and the Eels. Maybe that's the reason for my poor mood. I'm actually kind of glad they lost because it put them in their place and I hope it wakes them up a tad... but it's still not fun seeing your team look so fucking terrible. The panic in that team in attack when they're behind on the scoreboard... dreadful.

Anyway, happy times. Happier posts to follow through the week, I hope.

1161 gets me an average of 999 and I’m just over 1000th overall. Seems fair!

Will Kennedy got 2 points and Sam Walker got 1 for Dally M votes. Buddy won them the game with the three try assists and a try. Feels like we are saying it every week, but far out this system needs to be changed ASAP legit.

Dropped 500 places from the updates, ew.

Stefano has been a nice surprise so far. Keep the cash coming lad.

1106 for the round. Pretty sure this is my best fantasy score ever. Also managed to hit it with 4 players in the 30's.

Scouring over the pages this morning I am very impressed with all these outstanding scores & ranks. Well done boys. The great thing about fantasy is there's always next week for some of us who didn't do so well including myself who only scored 982.
