yeah it is fairly flukey but it starts to have the same patterns as other games, people migrating to the same players etc.

There are and have been price changes but they are .100k moves and appear slow to happen. To the eye, its not like nrl fantasy where u easily see how players price is moving imo.
I more so benefited by swapping out bad for good, but it is not all smooth. I started with Tammy Abraham for example, and because he started slow I punted him and now he is one of the top finds...i used the WC before week 3, so that one hurt. But a few others fell in my favour so far.

Jota to Barnes will be my one transfer. Will wait until one is close to a fall/rise before pulling the trigger. Aim is to eventually go from 442 to 352 formation over coming weeks.

Is there still a way to reverse transfers b4 the deadline ? Got a bit hasty with the international break.

Nope, that's what I hate about FPL. You'll either have to take added hits or just stick with players you got if you confirmed transfers

I ended up screwing up my original transfers in GW3 which meant I had to WC and I royally screwed that up.

Mines not that bad, just a slight change or reassess would have been nice.
I do recall a few years back being able to though, it must wreak to much havoc with the price changing.

Righto, NRL fantasy season finished so can start really compromising my EPL team with some dodgy transfers.
Did everyone remember to lay off the transfers until after the international break? Usually a couple of injuries and with no reverse trade function it can be a bit of a heartbreaker.
Looking at switching Robertson fo TAA this week and finding a decent wingback for around 5.0 to replace Walker-Peters if he is out long term.
Picked up Barnes last week as he looks to have continued on from last year and is always good for 12-13 goals a season.
Vardy has really got into his stride as well...he looked super dangerous against Bournemouth.

Wasn't following prices closely this week.. Jota (wolves) dropped but thankfully still can afford to swap him for barnes. TAA just rose in price is now at 7.1 - hopefully you haven't been priced out of that move.

I’m wondering whether I downgrade taa/vvd for now to soy and get greenwood to Barnes/haller for 3/4/3

The $ mainly. It appears there is more value in the 7mill forwards than defense.

Pretty sure price changes are solely dictated by transfers in and out (popular players go up, players on the nose go down).
Can lead to some bargains mid season when consistency is more evident and most people stop chasing last week.
It also means if someone popular gets a long term injury, jump off sooner rather than later.

    Yes indeed Wink

My nickname at a certain time when i was a bit younger was actually Pukki. Pukki goal scoring highlights sound that bit funnier to a few of my long time friends since he started banging goals in the Championship.

assuming Sterling and Salah are the big two, whose the next most important - De Bruyne, Aguero, or other? Maybe take me 2 weeks and 3-4 trades but I can get one

Use your wildcard if it makes sense.

I already used it to fix my team once.

I can move Kane to Aguero if I downgrade one of Zinchenko/Ederson, think I’ll do it.

Kane will give you a similar output as Kun. Unless, of course, you think Spurs are going to have a real bad season.

For these transfers to work the guy you bring in the back should give you a better output than the Mancity backline. Good luck with that.

Ok I was thinking then ppg gain from Aguero over Kane would outweigh the ppg loss of say Patricio or Pope over Ederson. But I’ll think a bit more on this.

BUR have got quite a good run of fixtures and City have lost Laporte for 5-6 months so you could see MCI not keep as many clean sheets as expected. You probably want 2 City attackers whoever they may be so Ederson to Pope may not be a bad transfer to fund elsewhere.

Disclaimer I'm having a horrific start to FPL so my advice may not be great
