I saw niukore only played 27 mins on the weekend. The eels edges always play 80...

Yeah is some risk with Brown if go that 4 forward bench sometime. Still a wait and see for now.

Really considering the unthinkable and trading out Murray. Getting JTurbo is an upgrade I think and Murray has been underwhelming recently. Is it solely cuz of it being the Origin period or...?

Yeah, has the chance to go low too. If you had the chance to go Watson to Klemmer would you?
    1) Xerri to Arey and Watson to Klemmer (this week)
    2) Xerri to DCE (this week) and hope Watson makes enough money to go to Klemmer next week
    3) Xerri to Arey this week. Re-assess and grab an 18th man next week.
Can you go Xerri + Watson > DCE + Klemmer this week or are you just short?

Without trades the HLF/CTR/WFB depth chart looks like:

    Milford, SJ, Brooks, Walters
    Nikora, Burns, Xerri
    Ponga, Teddy, RTS, CNK

Holding trades is probably smart, just miffed with Brooks since I got him, 45, 39, 44, 21

Looking at that your only decision is probably whether you want to swap Brooks for another half. Would probs wait and see this week but those scores are frustrating, you really want a breakout score from him to keep his average up.....a ceiling of 50 is not what you need in a starting/ playing half. I have sj and when you get a 20 You at least know that there is a 60+ coming soon

5 trades left at the moment.

Was also considering Nathan Brown, but probably wouldn't do it this week

Short by 30k for a ARey/DCE type and I think anyone else under that is sideways. So looking like a hold, it would be nice if the Tigers could finish a set and stop being rubbish but yeah unlikely.

That's a decent amount of trades, more than most people
Murray > Jurbo would be a pretty good move and I can see why you would do it.
If it was my team though, I would hold the trade but that's just me.

I got rid of Murray before the for the 1st bye round 12 when he missed it for Origin. Was one of the best things I did. JTurbo will be a must for the run home. I think they will continue to manage Murray's minutes for the rest of the year like last year so won't get as many minutes as was getting 1st half of year. Was up at 60 minutes then. Maybe gets 50 for the run home. He also will need to score tries. Great player and good ppm but needs those minutes. Don't think he is a must but JTurbo sure is. I'm expecting plenty of 60+ scores from JTurbo for the run home.

Gotta see what happens with SJ first anyway but yeah I resisted the urge and held last round so probably will again. Thanks for the insight

If Murray only gets 50 minutes a game an 80 minute JTurbo will smash his scores by 10 or more every week for the run home. JTurbo is safe as to play 80 minutes every week.

If Murray ever becomes an 80 minute lock he will be pure fantasy heaven but that won't be happening. Not this year anyway.

Nonchalantly running through Sharks injury woes on 100% Footy and Johnson's name was thrown into the mix of players that are currently out. Sad

At the end of the show Gallen suggested that he (Gallen) is a chance of playing this week, though, so hopefully a few of the injuries are low range and Johnson is one of them? Hopefully.

In other news I could trade out Kenny/Mahoney for DCE/N.Brown. Would leave me Cook-less, though, which is just stupid... isn't it?

Better option is to keep Mahoney and get rid of Gutho or Staggs/Kenny for Cook/cheapie?

Can't go wrong really with Cleary or DCE for the run home. Arey is up there with them and scores well on Fantasy with all those kick metres but probably be injured again on the run home at some point being made of glass. Depends if want to take the injury risk with Arey. Munster will be missing 2 games rested on the run home so doubt be worth it unfortunately otherwise i'd be all over him with Storms draw. Is just a shame Storm is so far ahead as Munster would of destroyed those teams he will be rested in.

For someone who’s made of glass he sure plays a lot of games. He’s one if the toughest buggers in the game and I’ll bet his playing record is as good or better as any halfback in the game, including DCE and certainly Cleary. This is a myth.

Reynolds has missed 24/196 games = 12.2% of games missed
DCE has missed 15/221 games = 6.8% of games missed
Cleary has missed 9/83 games = 10.8% of games missed

If Johnson is out it's only for this week as it's not a serious injury.

I'd definitely go the Cook route option as he won't be this cheap again and will go gangbusters from now on. We all know what he is capable of and especially now Origin is over there is every chance he gets back to being the top scoring player we know. Anyone running without him for the run home is very game.
