So we are trailing a new section of the forums. This will be replacing the "Rate My Team" thread. Essentially in this section we encourage posters to not only post their teams up in separate threads for review, but also to help out others in a big to get more advice on their own.
We would also encourage guys to put [R4R] tags in their title meaning that they would give advice to people who gave it to them.
So say I reviewed someone's team, after that I would chuck my own thread link at the end. This would help encourage new guys looking for advice to put in on other people's teams. Also involve people more on the rate my team side of things.
Of course people don't have to add that tag, if they don't want to. But it would be a way to get more advice for your team.
