    I'm thinking of getting to this over the next 3 rounds;

    Cook
    Fifi Arrow
    JTurb Surgess Harris
    SJ ARey
    Mitchell Aitken
    TTurb Ponga Fonua

Smith, Friend, TPJ, Ese'ese - RFM, Martin, Olive & Cogger

10 Trades left, about $50k cash. Thoughts? A non playing reserve may be better than Olive, with RFM and Martin there.

To much $$ in the EMG? Cogger can easily be cashed out at some stage, and upgraded TPJ/Ese'ese/RFM to Lolo/Matterson or something.

Despite what the stats say this year, I can't help but shake the feeling that Gal is not a bad buy.
He's had a few good reasons for his low scores- played off the bench in round 1, and looked unfit as they started building his minutes up to start the season. Then when it looked like he was going to come good he got injured. Looks like he will be playing larger minutes again now, and had a very uncharacteristic -16 last game which could have seen him break 50s without.

As long as he stays healthy and finds his 60+ minutes I think he will find his 50+ scores again.

I am in the same boat on him or Wade Graham. Both will be waiting till next week though with Gal high BE and Graham potential suspension. Personally leaving towards graham with a strong run home with no origin and 80 minutes, hoping for 50+ each weeks.

Without the 5 missed tackles last week he scores a respectable 47. down to old age or being rusty?

Graham has played five 80 minute games this year and hasn't broken 50 once.

    I'm not keen at all

Just ask any Qlder for that Pookus.

Anyone considering Lowe, if ur paying that much, why not a lil more and grab Jensen? Depends if ur worried about getting one or two weeks or more out of em. Im getting Butcher.

I noticed two of his missed tackles in quick succession that were tired looking shirt grabs 2nd half. They were when two other guys were getting in on the tackle as well.
Ask @WL, he likes to put the boot into Clap Gal... haha!

Plan for the next few weeks.

    Current team.

    Cook
    Fifita, Alvaro
    Jurbo, Harris, Taupau
    Arey, DCE
JCroker, Aitken (thought this was a solid CTR turns out a pair of overpriced spuds)
    Teddy, Ponga, Fonua

    Smith, Tolo, Havili, Martin

    Murray, Hiku, Nichols, 212k.

Will look to bring in Arrow, Nbrown through Havili, Martin, Murray, Hiku over the next month. Will leave me with 10trades on way home.

haha I love Gallen. What I don't love is him stealing Fifita's hit ups.

I've just come up with a joke for when the Titan's play next. I have to wait until round 14 before I can post it. Nightmare!

Anyway, on topic, Gallen is on my list as well. Very tempting to go cheaper than the 700-800k players and use the money elsewhere....

I think I you plan on upgrading them to Harris, SJ, McInnes type guys, then you hope whoever you bring in scores well as well as makes some cash. I'm not sure the 600-800 guys have that ability.

For instance if Surgess averages 50 over the next 3 rounds he still loses 15k, so you'll get the scores but it may not be easier to step into SJ when Rd17 comes.

That's why I got A. Crichton a couple of weeks ago because there's no way I thought he'd be in front of JJ & also W. Graham in the pecking order.

My thoughts exactly! I’m glad they picked Peachy though deserves a utility spot the guy can play well anywhere!

Feel so left out not trading this week lol. Unless there's something somebody sees that I don't? Have 14 trades and 35k bank and I think I'm 4-5 players off my final team

    Cook
    Fifita TPJ
    Taumalolo Arrow Harris
    DCE ARey
    Mitchell Isaako
    Tedesco Ponga Mbye

    Smith
    Matterson
    Murray
    Sua

    Martin
    Lane
    Brimson
    Gosiewski

Murray goes for Surgess/cash out next week I think and Gosiewski is on the chopping block especially if he doesn't play this week

Looking at the NSW team as a supporter, im concerned

Back line full of attacking power and shit attitudes and void of work ethic and willingness to put body on line. Roberts, Ado Car, Latrell and TTUrbo turn up for every third game. Which will fuck us. Don't rate any of their abilities to do the hard work our of their own quarter. Specifically in this area, Cotric and Fergo would have been a solid pick.

Peachy, wins the award for most lateral metres made per game, extremely frustrating to watch. Understand why he gets picked, but if we are relying on him to play an important role, we are fucked.

Forwards. I would have liked to see Tariq in there. Cant help but feel that all the choices play the same style. Would have liked to see one more aggressive style player.

Halves are by far the best combo we had available.

Reckon we lose first the first game, get torn up in the backs.
