    Is it worth still bringing in Matterson at that price, or is it overpaying?

    Where's this talk of Jackson going to Lock and Martin going to 2RF. He is someone I said if he ever gets a gig in the NRL I would grab him. Especially now he is apparently kicking goals. He could be there all year, will be good during Origin also when they lose Klemmer, Woods and Jackson. The guy went to my school and he was a hulk of a human

    If Martin starts is it worth bringing him in instead of Lane ? Puts another 200K in the bank for Maloney > Cleary & Nicholls > Fifita in the next 4 weeks.

    He has a BE of 34 so he still has money to make (probably peak around 870K) but I am hoping he sees a bad game or two and that BE goes up a bit and he loses some coin.

    You can play the same game with Latrell for similar results, but Latrell probably has more security around his goal kicking, whereas Tigers losing another game or two and opting to bring Lolohea back could see Marsters lose his very easily. Currently priced at 38.2

    I was thinking of bringing him in this week but this has me slightly rattled :/

    That is a little concerning. He did average 38 at centre, without goal kicking, last year though

    He might be worth a punt. Surely this "Experiment" is not a one week thing? They will test it out over the next 3-4 weeks.

    handy hint if you want to just look at a single player for the 2018 season, go to the "Players" link on nswrl.com.au, search the player, and they have a detailed round by round stats page for the current season -  eg https://www.nswrl.com.au/players/intrust-super-premiership-nsw/canterbury-bankstown-bulldogs-nsw-cup/rhyse-martin3/

    Brilliant thanks. Looked at about 4 games for Martin. 3 points ranged from 30-55 and that was couple games with 5 goals and also 4 missed tackles. Rd 3 70pts with 219 run metres. Hmmm

    What's the stats on owning both edge forwards from the same team. I'd be happy with 90 between them. They have the same initials too. Running twin RMs

    Tough call. Could get something like a Guerra Cordner combo where they both average close to 50 or could get something like Winterstein Sironen where they both average 30's

    11th and in need of a 2nd opinion.

    My team is:

    Cook(C)
    Arrow Kikau
    RFM JTbo Murray
    DCE Matterson
    GI Dugan
    Ponga Teddy Thompson

    CS9, Rein, JFH, Maloney
    Sorensen Nicholls  Hiku Kennar

    $181k itb. 23 trades.

    I am thinking of doing a set and forget for centre as it is a problem for me like many others...

    Therefore, glass Dugan to Aitken and Thompson to CWalker or hold for a week as I have cover for Dugan (although only 4-6 weeks but most likely 6!)and have can have another week to look at CWalker.

    Thoughts on these trades or whether I should be considering others?

    Look to be good trades, mate.
    Welcome aboard.

    I'd go Latrell for potential rd 13 coverage over Aitken. Also you have Rein (Peats back) and Maloney (Cleary back) in your 17 who likely need to go to a stronger scorer soon. Then you have Nicholls (Surgess and Murray together mean he plays <20 mins), Kennar (long term) and Dugan (long term) clogging up your team.

    Being so high in the ranks I'd make a bold move in your CTRs this week. Should be good for 40 from each hopefully.

    Dugan -> Latrell
    Kennar -> Capewell (Doubling down on the sharks 2rf depth probably limits the upside here)

    Next week Rein will make money you but might not want him in your 17 (pending Peats news). I'd have

    Nicholls -> Cogger
    and
    Maybe Hiku -> Lane/Martin/Marsters or something else?

    Final week

    Rein -> ???? Walker ???? seems to make more sense here.
    Maloney -> Gun

    Probably try to figure the next few weeks out to see where you can get ahead of the curve. Probably a lot of trading to do so make sure this week fits with some kind of plan Smile
