Would you play Munster over ARey to make it one less POD or just go as is? We both have SJ.

I like to cancel out players personally if I get a sniff; AReyn due for an average game and has 2 tries in the last 3 pearler scores.

Speaking if which, my biggest threat is Cook against me this weekend.  I have Farah but Cook looks like he pull a tonne on any given day.  Trading him out in 11 has paid dividends but I think I need him back now.  If I trade Farah to Cook and MBye to Ted, that leaves:

    Him:  AJ/Vunivalu/Cronk/Bobble Head + 49
    Me:    Ted/SJ/RTS/Turbo/Taupau

He has used his 2 trades to match my team already.  Any given day I should win but his backs are shit or massive scorers.  Safe play is to match his Cook I guess.

Also leaves me 4 trades and around 400k so still in a strong possy for next week if I get through.

Yeah it's a tough call but it's not like you lose out by trading in one of the top averaging players so in that respect it's safer to match him.

My opponent captained Arrow. I think I'm gonna keep my team as is unless he goes bang in the second half

Lose last weeks eliminator by 4 points because Arrow was a late non-player.
He must be rested and ready to go so make him Cpt this week. That will cost me two FF H2H's.
    Not to worry.

Munster playing with a busted appendage so still hope mate, and AReyn's 28 is actually half decent considering he was negative 1 deep into the first half.

Also, your advice tipped me to make my trades so Farah to Cook gained me 30 points. A tip of the hat to you Dizzle. Not home yet, but has definitely helped Very Happy

The predictor now has me losing. Sigh @ Marsters getting 75! Oh well it is what it is, maybe Taupau will have one of his big games

I’m in all sorts - 44 ahead with only Tedesco to go vs Munster, RTS and Mitchell. Time for some captaincy roulette I think. Taking it off Smith for either SJ or Taupau/JTurbo in the later game.

I might be too..... Stupid Dufty, or more on point, stupid cowgirls. The guy rarely pumps out a score above 40 and he nails me with a 65....

So as it stands my matchup rests on:

Munster, DCE, Teddy vs Mitchell, JTrbo + 51

    Not looking good for me.

Out by 23 points. Man what a week. Was looking good for the comeback when TTrbo was in the negatives in the first half but he recovered for a 67. It was Reynolds and RTS who cost me

I’m out too. In the end, my opponent’s centre pairing of Marsters and Mitchell scored 167 points. Hard to beat.

Ah well, now to hang on for the best overall ranking, plus keeping league 1 on top.

It seems I have gotten through 1000 to 979 after being predicted to lose by quite a bit going into the last game.

Its a crazy roller coaster of a game this fantasy business!

Ha yeah thanks mate! I honestly thought I was going to get walloped, but the players I had in the last game all scored really well and got me over the line.

How is everyone travelling overall at the moment? I wonder how many Fanatics are in the top 100...?

Theres a fanatics group but it doesn't look like you are in it.

Prior to the last round we had 10 in the top 100 but none in the top 10. Although there are 3 in the top 25.

U caught a break on Matterson huh!

Hopefully his 80 min performance has learnt him a full time gig in the 2nd row. Problem seems to be Radley though. Seems like he may have taken Matterson's spot. What foo you think?

The fact the rested Liu suggests they will stick with him as starting lock for the run home.

Yeah I have only been a lurker on sportal & this site until this year, so never been in any leagues.

Re: Matterson I feel vindicated for keeping him for sure. But you are right, that final 17 Roosters team is still unknown, but I would love him to either be the 80min 2RF or 60+ min Lock until the end of the season that's for sure! What Robinson is thinking is anyone's guess though. And to think they are adding Crichton to the mix next year, crazy!

Awesome to see so many doing well from here though! I moved up a bit from 33rd to 22nd.

Crazy to see there was only a 1 point difference between the scores of #1 and #2!!! The guy in first will be really hard to beat for those nearest him now for sure

Yeah, I thought I was gone by HT in the Roosters/Manly game. Down by 45. Won by 70 in the end thanks to Ted and Turbo.
