    Gutherson and Gallen

    or

    CWalker and JGraham

if I go the first then can bring the other two in next week. If I go the second then I'll have trouble affording them. Negative is lingering doubt that Gal is going to get picked for Origin.

I've got 11 (13) players for the byes as it stands right now. Not great players either.

    Cook
    Graham
    Surgess/Crichton/Gallen
    Walker/Charizard/Frawley/Pearce (will play Origin)
    Cotric/Fui/Rennings (if fit)
    RTS

Of the team I have now here's the final players in the side.

    Keeper
    Maybe

    Smith/Cook
    Graham/Wallace
    JDB/Gallen/Taumalolo/Burgess/Crichton/CHN
    Pearce/Walker/Nicoll-Klokstad/Frawley
    Cotric/Fuimaono/Suli/Jennings
    Tuivasa-Sheck/Tedesco/SlaterHayne/M Watene Zelezniak

So with that planning it would leave me needing 7 more keepers to get into my side. I have 18 trades left. Which at this stage leaves me in a decent position. Hopefully players like CHN can fund two upgrades and I won't have to double trade just to upgrade.

The team I want to finish with (at this stage)

    Smith/McInnes-McCullough
    Graham/Fifita
    JDB/Gallen/Taumalolo/Surgess/Papalil
    Pearce/SJ/Munster
    Peachey/T Turbo
    Walker/Tedesco/Slater

Don't mind me guys and girls - just talking out loud. Also looking at saving this post so I can refer back to it when I need it.

Gallen will 100% not play Origin ever again.

Guth & Gallen for me mate. C. Walker against the Storm with a b/e of 43 so I don't think his price will go up & J. Graham will definitely be cheaper next week with a b/e of 72.

    Thinking ???

    Norman to Calker

    Kelly to Fuimaono

    would leave me with

    Smith / Pritchard
    Tolman / Vaughan / Brown --- Hoare
    Surgess / JDB / Crichton / Whitehead / CHN ---- May
    Calker / Munster ---- Kikorama / Frawley
    Dalker / Sata'uita --- Fuiamono / Suli
    RTS / Holmes / Hayne --- Cotric / MWZ

17 trades and 120k with one of Calker or Munster to come down to WFB later to bring in a gun half like Johnston or Pearce when the time is right (most likely Pearce for the POD factor)

I'd bring Gallen in this week and wait on Graham.

Not necessarily sold on Gutherson though. Moses will be five-eighth, and possibly goal-kick so I'd wait and see there

How good does the Faufusi>Kapow trade look now? I'm kind of hoping JDB picked for Origin then I will trade for Graham or maybe a non-origin Shark forward. He's been disappointing lately watching him play and I think I have enough trades left to trade him back

Just noticed Woods got captaincy back.

Fuck that shit. Cleary had the perfect opportunity to just keep it on Lawrence

My R issue is 2 from Kaysa Niko CHN Guth. Currently CHN Niko but I think Guth could have a big game if at half

Update on the best 17 this far into season

    Macca Smith
    Tapau Vaughan Fifita
    Tolo Gallen Papali JDB Surgess
    SJ Pearce
    Roberts Hoppa
    Nofo Rapana Tedesco

Havent included injured or not selected guys (Turbo/Ponga). The forwards have a few guys who are only 1-2 points different that missed out but the backs are fairly clear.

Would love to see what the "form" team is on say a 3rd avg
