I agree 100%. We'd be crazy to take him back and I think it's a million to one to happen.

I was just pointing out to No Worries, that if he decided to, Arthur could get the best out of him again, or at least get him back to some semblance of quality.

Hayne to Cowboys would be great, in fact Hayne to any team where they have seasoned top flight internationals in the 6/7 or 9 would be good to see.

Hayne under the Walker brothers has serious potential. It might be the motivation he needs too.

You're right, actually. Hayne back at Parramatta makes a lot of sense. He's certainly never played better than when he was at the Eels?

Re the Walker bros, I actually think they should be given the gig. What do the Titans have to lose? Get em at bargain basement, and if they CAN get the best out of Hayne, and Taylor sticks around, well, we know the best of Hayne is enough to get a team to the GF.

They'd be crazy to go after a control freak like Hasler or a pleb like Toovey or Taylor. Seriously, who else is there? Brennan wouldn't be a bad choice also, and the other guy, who has a good relationship with Hayne is Daley, I wouldn't rule him out.

You spelt again wrong. Pretty sure he was sacked for Ricky Stuart

He was the interim coach for six weeks in 2012 and Hayne didn't play a game during that stint. Arthur was not required by Stuart in 2013 (good call Ricky). Stuart walked in 2014 cause he is soft and Hayne I'm sure was a factor in Arthur's getting the job over Taylor.

How did Hayne go in his one stint under Arthur in 2014? Dally M medallist.

Arthur has since proven he is potentially one the top 5 coaches in the game.

Edwards MUST be dropped. Give me Gower every day of the week, he is safer, smarter, works harder and has more heart. Kenny might be more physically gifted, but he ain't gonna be a game winner, but he may just be a game loser.

How bout Bellamy, what a sook. Gets a compliment from a former assistant, saying they tackle well, have good systems, work well together and are the best at slowing the play the ball. All indisputable facts and he has a whinge, he is such a grumpy sook. Would love to see what he can actually do with a team without 3 immortals. He was a terrible Origin coach and I doubt he would have got this Parra side to where they are this year, bu no doubt when Smith retires Bellyache will pull the pin on his career.

Cam Smith is the best ref in the game.

Great effort by the Eels, given no chance, we made a real game of it. No really allowed to play footy and Conceded on the back of penalties.

Still, we play like that next week and we should account for whoever we face.

I would still love to see a club, especially a club like the GC who struggle to attract fans - to try something different ... They have a really good roster of actual footy players - not manufactured athletes. Would love to see them under the walker brothers playing free, fun and entertaining footy. How good would hayne be in that kind of system (if he chose to apply himself).

Can't believe how short the Eels are against the Cows. Cows have stars across the park and heaps more finals experience. Sure, Eels are playing some good footy, but so are the Cows, knocking of the premiers, and they have the best forward in the game bar none in Tuamalolo, he is a beast.
