Up to 7th overall.

Injuries are starting to catch up with me though so this week is going to be a struggle.

i scored 1123 & thought at least i'll gain some ranks but no rank change still 22nd...there must have been some big scores this round. I'll probably make no moves the only outs in my squad are garrick with the bye & manu who i've kept while injured & nrl casualty ward says he will be back this round but who knows it's not always accurate.

Bit of a rollercoaster eliminator match up over the weekend.

Should have been an easy win at the start of the round but then some of his pods with lower averages like Warbrick, Iro and bloody Conner Tracey went big and I was predicted to lose by about 100.

Next minute he doesn't have Cleary.....and the rest is history.

My reward for scraping through is that I get to play the #1 ranked eliminator team this week.....at least I am still alive.

Round 21 was  a disaster for me. Having Cotter (8.) and Garrick (8.) fail HIA's, plus NOT having Cleary, killed my round (only 891).

It's been a tough season for me (the carnage has been strong with this one). I usually finish top 100, but I doubt I'll even make the top 500 this year. Que sera sera.

"Should" be sweet in eliminator unless he switches captain to Yeo (which i will try to match if i catch it on time). How the rest of you travelling. My last 3 trade outs very uninspiring Gray and Plath last week, May this week.

lost my eliminator 991-1017 playing henry over terrell lost me 30 points & the win i just thought henry would get more mins but after collins went off terrell went large.

I'm out as predicted. Too many injuries has killed my season. Will try and hang on to top 10 overall.

Got through the eliminator reasonably comfortably in the end - thanks to a nice AE from Fainu and a good score from Iro

It would be very exciting. I think best I've done is 4th Round in 17 years!

Badbetter is still there as well, not sure about anyone else.

Yes. I saw Badbetter listed on the Eliminator page. Does Badbetter still post in the forum?

P.S. I think making the quarter-finals is the best I've done.

Hey NW. I see that you and I are the only ones to miss out on the playoffs for 1-8 and 9-16 in the coveted NW league (ranked #1 of all the leagues with 18 teams).

I hereby challenge you in a best-of-five h2h series (Rounds 23-27). The winner gets 17th spot and  the loser gets 18th/last spot (unofficially, of course). Are you up for the challenge mate?

Hi Guys,

I seldom post but enjoy the forum when I get a chance.
Always had a soft spot for VDST, enjoy that Eliminator can give some interest when you are no hope of catching the legends that appear consistently up the top of the overall ladder.
Have been very lucky to get where i am in Eliminator this year. Only a matter of time till I bow out and it could be this week. Have beaten many stronger sides with luck due to injuries and HIA’s to opponents key players.

All the best to you guys with your Fantasy sides and Footy sides you support.
I am of course delighted with the turnaround this year by the Bulldogs.

Thanks to all you posters and moderators that keep this site going.
The leagues you run each year for members is awesome.

Got done in eliminator by 23. A busted Reeece Walsh and selling Plath after his 19 which came back to bite me did the damage.

Out of eliminator too.

Not much more I could have done though.

Dumped my last two trades on some last minute, roll of the dice, Knights players, which worked out better...but still not good enough.

Old mate has a gun team and pumped out a 1128 to my 1095

Damn that is super unlucky, they got 2nd highest score this week and you got 18th highest!


Meanwhile I'm up to 4th overall, still up there!
