You really keen on the 49er's tomoz ?

Yes mate I got them at home against the Rams, Hyde should walk in and Hoyer has enough if Goodwin stops dropping easy balls. D looked decent against the Seahawks

I cannot believe the Phins are only -6 against the Jets and the Donkeys are -3 against a Bills team who can't move the ball through the air against a Denver D who just stuffed Zeke for peanuts

For anyone wanting to delve into the NFL I really think the Phins'-Donkeys handicap double is well worth a fairly large outlay

    Phins' -6
    Broncos -3

    £25 outlay for £89 return.

I'd throw in the Steelers straight win in a treble for £116 off £25

Yeah those look very good mate. The Bills look like they are spinnin' there wheels.
I know it sounds biased coming from me, but I think the Packers will roll the Bengals easily.

The Packers are -8.5 I thought they were away, would of added them onto my acca if I had checked they were at Lambeau first, I have them in a straight in one of my other bets.

Only issue with Bengals is the new OC, might burst into life like new manager syndrome often does and AJ Green can makes the best Ds look stupid, they have the weapons and I'd be wary of it being a shootout and beating the +8.5

They got this one covered, Bengals not looking gud this year.

Really surprised at the price for the Broncos as well, seems incorrect haha

Cheers guys, yeah Im all for people taking ownership of their own betting decision regardless of whether it was from a tip or not.

I take pride in the bets I tip out on here and to this point have been hitting at a pretty high rate on here, this bet was absolutely woeful, for so many reasons, so really just an apology for such a pathetic pick.

So many things pissed me off about this bet but mainly because I went away from most things I rationalise bets with. For one, it was only last week when I posted on here that Otago was a form team that the bookies probably haven't picked up on yet, and that Auckland was a basket case. Goodness knows why I then went on to back the basket case over the value team I had only just identified.

I tell you why I got hooked into this one though. Auckland had a total of 5 past or present All Blacks in their starting side last night (Tuipulotu, Kaino, Ioane, Moala, Fekitoa) + an additional 3 Super Rugby regulars (Gibson, Aso, and Nanai). Otago didn't really have any, just a few fringe Super Rugby players, bench regulars at best. It really was a crazy miss-match.

Oh well, you win some you lose some. This one just hurt Smile

Rams -2.5 today to make some of it back Smile

    No mulits - but im on for a tenner each @ 1.90;

    Ravens@Jags under 39. 2 decent defences.
    Rams@9ers under 40. 2 decent defences.
Broncos@Bills under 40. 1 decent defence. Predicting Broncos to win 39-0.
    Broncos -3. Bills are poop.
    Phins -6. Jets are worse.
    Broncos HT/FT @ $2.20. See above.
Seattle +2.5. Seahawks on the +? Yes please.
Raiders -3. Redskins wont keep up. Raiders OLine isnt as far behind Dallas' as youd think.
Dallas -3. Cardinals needed OT to beat the Colts. Cowboys have a point to prove.

Cheers for the NFL insights guys.

Of the picks posters have put up above I'll be rolling with:

    Broncos, Phins, Raiders.

The one thing I don't like is backing so many away favourites so gonna be a bit more selective and hope I get it right.

GL for all of them though lads!

About to claw back all my $ from last night (hopefully). Took RAMs -2.5 as posted, but doubled down at -6.5 in play. Fingers crossed so I have some $ to play with for the rugby and league tonight Smile

I gave Seattle a pass for being a bit meh last week against 9ers because they had a huge week 1 game against the packers.

Seattles defence is still ridiculous though - Titans wont face a harder team on that side of the ball all year. They held AR12 and the pack to 17.

Cowboys are juicy odds. Do I want to back them because:

    a. Fuck those are some juicy odds
    b. May be they can cause the upset, they've been underrated since JT went down
    c. Nostalgia
    d. Fuck those are some juicy odds

I thought the Rams win, but not with that type of scoreline. Damn.

Carlos had a nice day for fantasy atleast.

Thought the 49ers would win but still covered my +2.5 good fight back in the 4th for what seemed like another Thursdays night first game bet explosion, rest of the first Acca a lot more straightforward

    Ravens +3.5
    Broncos -3
    Phins'-6
    Pat win

Yea its shit and after that missed extra point I thought I was gone, big turnover late saved me, hopefully it's a sign

Ravens is my biggest worry, -3.5 might be tricky, would of killed for a -2.5 in this one
