If I was new to NRL and needed a team to support out of Rabbits and Roosters I know who I would pick based on the short exchange above. Stay classy Snatch Potato 😜

Yeah but that how supervillains suck you in - false charm and guile. Then plot twist, the Roosters block out the Sun with a Sombrero and claim to be a team representing Sydney instead of a couple of posh suburbs that prefer rugby and AFL anyway.

I once wrote a guide about which teams you should hate more in NRL, it needs a little updating, but Roosters were 4th and Souths 6th. So it’s close but I’m on Rabs side.

Angus came in clutch as captain, and even Billy Smith did pretty well, I'm praying he can get another game next week with Teddy resting, as I will probably need all the depth I can get

You may get your wish with Billy with or without Teddy as Momirovski's defence has let him and the team down now on more than one occasion.

Haha I hope so, Billy looked good today and I can see why the Chooks rate him.

If he doesn't play any more games, then I can pocket ~100k trading him down to Will Kennedy in R15-16, Kennedy's gonna be close to base price by then

If you don't want Souths kicked out of the the comp you're doing NRL wrong.

Grow up Rabs... Snatch giving his valid insights then you come in with a genuine question, followed up by shit talking one of their players. What do you want him to say?

    Wake up mate.

Lol cmon mate it’s all banter all apart of the rivalry and how often does Trell and Souths players get spoken about like that it goes both ways. I didn’t think he’d take it personally but if he did I’m sorry.

Snatchpato wrote:Watched TopGun Maverick at 4pm (great movie btw) so only just finished watching the game tonight. Boy oh boy did the Roosters not deserve for that game to be so close. So undisciplined, shocking effort in defence, pretty sure Butch and Baker got hooked as both only played short stints at the end.

Manu tried really hard, but had a much better fantasy game than IRL. He was actually causing us to be a little clunky and relied on his crabbing runs to generate space. We looked best when running hard through the middle, then spreading the ball and running plays. Other than Manu though, no one looked particularly impressive, lots of poor decision making out there.

Raiders on the other hand: Tapine was immense. Unbelievably strong, stood in 4/5 tackles, incredible. Elliot ran really hard and generated some good quick play the balls. Savage had a good game for a rookie, if he can keep that up those who jumped on will be happy. Will have to see it a few weeks in a row before I get on now I think. Maybe a decent cashout still though. Fogarty and Frawley were pretty crap, maybe the only thing keeping us in the game.

Fantasy wise I finished on 604 with 13 players, moving from ~11k > 7732 which is exciting. 13 trades left so have to start using them wisely from here on out. Will have a read back and no doubt be impressed with some big bye round scores from some good coaches.

Yes our discipline was dreadful giving away 10 penalties (literally piggy backing The Raiders down the field for the entire first half) but other than that I'm not sure if we were watching the same game as Manu was the only one who created anything other than Keary kicking for Suaalii in the corner.

Always a nice weekend when the Roosters lose after so many thought they’d be a top 4 team lol! Beer I don’t see it in them soft defence up the middle at times and disjointed attack!

What a cockhead - Roosters playing without 4 of their main players so that game was a 50/50 pick, so not fazed in anyway by today's result.

We've all seen how the Rabbitoles go without just only 2 of their main players.  Laughing

Willing to bet The Roosters make the Top 4 and the Rabbitoles not !

Priced at 669 and scored a 69. Some things are just meant to be.

    Good stuff Welshy.

Stoked to sneak into the top 1,000 for the first time this year (currently 970th).

Mainly because I get to be a little dot on ynot's yafss.com graphs next week.

524 played with 12 resulting in losing over 500 ranks and sitting just outside the top 2k, my lowest rank since R2, OUCH!

The good - Lolo and Burton
The bad - Tofu(c), Butcher and Starling

Still not feeling too down, have 14(+4) trades left and already own IPap, Moses and McInnes.

Starling and Butcher out this week. Mahoney in for sure
