@B/L Who do you want to be standing beside you at the end of the competition when the jury about to vote.

There's a long answer to that question which I'm sure to regale you with when we both wash up at the Survivor bar awaiting the jury council.
But the short version is I started watching NRL as a kid when coverage came to NZ in 89? The Auckland Warriors didn't enter the comp until '95 and I'm obviously a very loyal sort to have put up with the ensuing 30 odd years. Still we have a premiership so it's not all bad

That's a great question, the answer is not to trust people as much as I did.

Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good. Having said that:

Once upon a time there was an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years. One day his horse ran away. Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. “Such bad luck,” they said sympathetically.

    “Maybe,” the farmer replied.

The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses. “How wonderful,” the neighbors exclaimed.

    “Maybe,” replied the old man.

The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg. The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune.

    “Maybe,” answered the farmer.

The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son’s leg was broken, they passed him by. The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out.

    “Maybe,” said the farmer.

I'll point this question @Rabbits21, but as it's pretty quiet on here, anyone is welcome to answer.

You've been on Survivor Island for several weeks now, with a diet of rice, mollusks and the odd morsel of fish. You win a reward challenge to an open buffet.
You can take one person with you - could be someone you're tight with, could be someone you want to strategise with, or maybe just someone you think needs a good feed.

Who do you take with you? what's on your plate when you sit down to eat? what do you wash it down with?

@wolfking hypothetical situation. You stranded on an island, you think tv cameras are following you, there are a bunch of skeletons around, one that looks like a marlin, one like a tiger, a rabbit and some other miscellaneous bones. There is a throne half way up the beach. Do you sit on it to rest your weary legs?

Surely a person who has eaten many teeth is less likely to want to eat your teeth than someone whose teeth supplies are low.

It's single digit temperatures and raining here. How much for some fur so I can make a coat?

Let's grab a knife and trim some of mine, not sure how you are going to turn it into a coat though.
Alternatively we could try catch the wild boar that is roaming the island, I saw some tracks on the northern end of the island, just past the ridge.
