I had a great time last season but just won't be able to commit this year.

    Will be watching on intently

Well hasn't it been a long time between drinks! Life is way too busy to commit as much time as I have in the past to this game we all love. I have no idea where to even start this year. I have no clue who the must haves are, the cows, the mid range bargains, the stabs in the darks... Anyone generous enough to provide old Stormy a quick run down to get me kick started and looking in the right direction bounce

    Cheers boys and girls

Also is it too late for me to register to a NRLFF league?

    Can register for latecomers.

Advice for 2022 - this is Leniu's year. After that, everything else falls into place.

Latecomers leagues are still open, just means you'll be in a low ranked league rather than where you would have been placed based on your result from last year.

One piece of advice from the preseason and its marginal at best.

AFifi is going to be a CLASSIC coin goat.

    - is it Rudolf who was originally named in jersey #10 that has pulled out?
    - when McInnes comes back, does Finucane shift to prop to partner the Reindeer?
    - at that point AFifi is 2nd middle off the bench after Hamlin-Uele?

Clearly a joke based on the thread title.

You are going to risk not picking him if named on the bench round 1 as the only specialist MID, next to Talakai and Wilton?

I don't know what I'm going to do yet.

Just saying it's not that exciting a development. And I also don't just pick a squad for R1.

Assuming Rudolf is back and starting along BHU, I'd guess the R1 bench will be utility/Fifita/R Hunt/Talakai or Wilton.

Even if it's your bench, then McInnes comes back and it's utility/BHU/Fifita/Talakai or Wilton.

The person it was responding to wouldnt have understood the nuance, being missing all preseason.

It would depend on who is missing from the 17 and whether it is due to form or injury and how long term it is.

As it stands I am not confident in putting him in my 17, but will hide him in 18-21

Tonights performance and TLT can obviously change my mind

    You're correct

It would be much better if he didn't play first grade at all. Then we could have him to ourselves as a secret POD

I get the impression that Fitz thinks highly of Fifita and what he is capable of. Many could be surprised at how big a role he could play this season, even if coming off the bench.

TPJ might not be playing round 1 or even 1-3. Whoops.
