yep fermor is in my team because you can see he's built for fantasy & can score points in many ways such as run mtrs, tries, tb's, offloads & he's fast...if he starts on the bench he's an easy downgrade to luki but surely the titans unlesh him as the starting 2fr ahead of proctor who's a has-been.

Funny hearing them being anti Sexton, whereas other people are talking up Sexton big time. Im on the fence at the moment. 600k makes him a difficult pick especially pairing with Cleary

I currently have 7 halves without Sexton. Finding more value there than any other position.

I can't see the massive appeal with Sexton - both from a fantasy perspective and from an NRL perspective also.

Not saying he doesn't have potential or won't become a good player but I am very surprised the Titans let both Taylor and Fogarty go and appear to be putting all their eggs in the Sexton basket.

See how it pans out but it wouldn't surprise me if Will Smith or even Tanah Boyd pushed ahead of the young bloke at some point.

Fermor is obviously a gun, should average 45-50 minimum under old scoring, NFI how that translates to the new.

Was funny last season when some Fifita owners were raging about him starting on the pine and saying Fermor is a plodder. I mean Fermor's not going to score a 7 TB try like D Fifi but he's arguably a more well-rounded player at the moment. He's also a former Jersey Flegg player of the Year and probably will be a Qld Origin rep either this year or next. Hell of a plodder.

Apart from Ilias and perhaps Will Smith at the Titans, which 300k or less players would you pick as genuine cash cows with little uncertainty about starting and scoring from R1. More and more I am thinking going Cleary is not worth it... Means you need to carry too much dead weight in your 21. Not even close to the extra captain points he may bring.

Doubt Will Smith gets a starting spot. Averaged 16 off the interchange last season.

My current team is stacked with $300-450k range players that should have job security to fit Cleary in.

I am proud that I haven’t actually made a draft yet and I won’t be til trials.

Cleary Hastings and Ilias are the 3 I've pinned so far with a firm wait and see on who gets 7 for Sharks, who are you looking at if you don't mind me asking?

I think those who are steering away from Burton because the Bulldogs are not a strong team are misguided. Canterbury has some firepower this year. As the dominant half, Burton will be good captain material at a fraction of the price of Cleary

In terms of non-Cleary captaincy options, everyone is forgetting how Pap was scoring when playing 80 at FB. 73+ average and less impacted than Clearly with the rule changes. Everyone will have him - always a risk captaining WFBs but Turbo ripped up that rule last year. Would certainly C him over Burton if I don't go Cleary.

No Amone? seems to be better value than Clune?

Walker's one I've been strongly considering recently too, could easily bump himself up towards 60ppg like Munster did last year. Burton is such a complicated one man, I reckon he will make or break a lot of seasons depending on how he performs

If he starts in the halves I will probably add him. Lots of good value around.

Thats Dylan Walker, playing him at MID. The role he was playing at the end of the season was a bit like Peachy. 45-50 minutes in the middle, scoring between 44 and 53 points in those rounds.

I reckon there is a chance that Peachey may play 80 at lock this year for the Tiges. If this is the case, he would be hard to turn down. Dylan Walker is awkwardly priced. He played some longer minutes last year for low returns. I have owned him on a number of occasions in Fantasy. Never seems to fail to disappoint at some stage of the season
