Last week was the week to jump ship if that was the plan

For what it's worth I held him last week and will be holding him until atleast round 17

Yeah was just hopeful he could put up a 40+ last week and with the injury issues as well its not ideal. Probably is worth holding for 17 though

I was talking about selling Matterson but I'm inclined to go with 0 trades this week given I only have 11 left. I want to cash Laurie out but no point until R17 if I have no urgent or immediate upgrades to make.

    11 trades, 150k left

    Brailey
    Watson, Tohu, Haas
    Matterson, CHN
    Moses, Cleary
    Averillo, Bird
    Walsh, Turbo, Teddy

    TPJ, Crichton, Hynes, Hunt

Watson to ARey seems an upgrade in everything other than position cover? Will only have two who can fill hooker (Brailey, Api), six who can fill half (Cleary, Moses, SJ, ARey, Averillo, Schuster).

I see Watson as a 40 odd guy from here on out. ARey probably a 50 odd scorer. Don't see any reason not to pull the trigger

I disagree, Laurie is an immediate sell, he's up against the Storm and then the Bunnies the week after, he will leak a lot of cash. I would sell him to Timoko honestly, that kid looks like something special, and Croker's knee is fucked enough that I doubt he will play again.

The rumbles are that Croker isn't injured. not sure if raiders fans on here have heard the same.

I think Watto can do better as long as the spine stays healthy, his game is made for fantasy. That said I will likely trade him next week, as I will need to in order to get Tohu and SJ in

In that case then even better, he's got the spot on form

    holding onto Laurie??

I have no money and can't see any other real viable options without trading multiple players. Nothing sticks out yet.

Playing the Storm though could be a concern. Just feel he's been scoring well besides last week. Even a 21 last week with the negatives is not the worst.

I had Timoko in my 1st draft of the year but he got jumped by Kris in the pecking order. I had a feeling he'd be a fantasy weapon

I don't think he's an immediate sell at all truthfully but I can see the fear. I like the Timoko pick but he won't be playing the Broncos every week. He could easily do a Cini.

Id argue that he got the spot as a result of lack of current + future form from Croker.

Ive heard the same, Croker likely to retire before playing again. He lost pace just as the game sped up.

Fair point. Croker may or may not be injured/out of favour/quietly retired. Curtis Scott would be well out of favour probably with his latest indiscretion.

Kris or Timoko look like decent CTR cash-outs if they can hold their spots.

Raiders play Dragons. Timoko could very well back it up.

I only have 2 CTRs (Peachey and Olam), Timoko could definitely find his way in as cover this week and stay there all season if the fantasy gods choose to smile down on me

Yeah, the fact that most of Timoko's points last week were in base + power gives me some confidence in picking him. He made 32 tackles, that's a pretty rock solid floor for any centre
