Always a point, not like you would quit if you were in say 1000th place what's the difference I'm at 2.9k and I still had the highs n lows of this round like everyone else. It made games I normally wouldn't be interested in a little more exciting / interesting

Even if this year's a flop there's plenty more years to come, I'll learn something probably get a good laugh at a post or 2 get passionate about some random fantasy shit and have someone to yarn with about it save the missus from pretending to be interested. Not like we all expected to be winners from day one but may aswell have a crack at doing the best you can and just enjoy this shit for what it is.

    All praise the chin god
    May we all avoid macca
And never doubt walsh again !

    Well said Chris.

The bit I bolded is the most important. There's always a learning opportunity. Even if you've been completely bent over by the fantasy Gods like LB, it's still worth playing out, seeing what you can do, practice bye planning, have some fun, or at least put some shit on Mulvy....I leave myself wide open regularly. I'm surprised it's not taken advantage of.

Could be a legitimate strategy. Hopefully it all settles down some though.

Nah, you don't want to do that mate. Winners don't quit, even if they came last. If they came last but gave it all they could, they are a fucking winner.

Keep posting. And you have a few trades right, aim for a solid bye strategy and slowly get up again and keep climbing.

1087 to pre updates. Best round for me in ages, up almost 3000 ranks from 9094 to 6144. Even managed to bank a trade cheer cheer

Very happy with my Kelly pickup. 37 given the scoreline is fantastic. Just a shame he couldn't put the ball down for that try.

Plan for this week was going to be Stefano to Koro. Will have the money, but is Koro actually worth getting? Yet to pass 50 & getting rested more than you'd want.

Looks like he's locked back into that 80 minute edge role. If he stays head knock free he's a great keeper IMO.

What are people's thoughts on keeping Pappy? I'm not sure I would be able to get him back in if I traded him considering I need to bring in Haas + Fifita after origin as it is

His BE will still be high next week. Definitely not a must buy

Just one to park in the watchlist until Round 13 IMO and see what happens then

If you held him, I don't see the reason why you'd do it now. I guess if you're short and depth and you could get two mid range options possibly.

I'm giving Koro a miss this year personally. His scores are really concerning this year and normally is the first to get a rest in the big wins. Obviously can still go huge on his day but yeah just too many issues already for me this year to grab him.
