I totally get that, and I'm actually against the way the rule is currently applied, but I've seen far less impactful in-air touches penalised. I'm all for this decision being applied more often, but it's terribly inconsistent.Milchcow wrote:

With only Papy, Riki and Turpin counting for my score today, I've dropped 3000 ranks. No players in the early game which would have seen most of the drop

Cleary kicked it into clear space and Capewell gave it the smallest nudge. After making a massive break as well as breaking tackles. Papy threw it out the back in panic. They're not the same and you know it mate

Agree it's inconsistent. But I'm happy if that play doesn't get penalised
