Going to limit myself to posting POIs for the time being, should help prevent TLT panic by outlining key priority players. So far my thought process is wanting guns with higher floors than those with higher ceilings. Wildcard players are those still within thoughts, but slightly behind those listed

    HOK
    1. J Brailey
    2. Liddle
    3. Watson
Not as interested: Cook & Grant - want to minimise Origin players. Cook had fair few scores below 50, but has high ceiling

    MID
    1. McInnes
    2. Taumalolo
    3. Watson
    4. SST
Wildcards: Hola/Gilbert (rumoured to be Cowboys edge), Ford, Faamausili (performed well on Warriors loan & would expect similar mins at Dragons)
Not as interested: Lodge, LAM - stacked forwards which could impact mins, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui (highest scores without tries on edge & tries buff a lot of scores, are tries sustainable? - turning down popular player has cost me before in Lomax)

    EDG
    1. CHN
    2. Davey
    3. Riki
    4. Matterson - floor of 52 excluding concussion game
    5. Blore
    Wildcards: Crichton, Harris
Not as interested: Gosiewski, Tupouniua - both some pretty inconsistent scores as starting edge and some reliance on tries

    HLF
    1. Munster - added base of KM and likely GK
    2. Lam
    3. Brooks
Wildcards: Cleary, DCE, Townsend (could be too short-term), CHT, Schuster
Not as interested: Moylan, Moses (last games artificially improves average as without D Brown. may need to pick him to ensure decent HLF cover), Milford

    CTR
    1. Averillo
    2. Walker - career average of 37 at CTR (impending court case could be issue??)
    3. Roberts
Wildcards: Bird (probably better down track as may shift into forwards), Feagai, Farnworth
Not as interested: Timoko/HSS (Raiders secret healing powers)

    WFB
    1. Turbo
    2. Teddy - 10 points above next WFB that will likely be available in R1 (ignoring Staines outlier scores)
    3. Simonsson
    4. Niu
Wildcards: Holmes (lot of 40s scores buffed by attacking stats), Isaako. Laurie (if he moves to Tigers)
Not as interested: Hoy (IMO too short term)

Now that trials are over, updating my watchlist. Whole lot of injuries and lower mins news that has impacted the guns I had high on my watchlist

    HOK:
    1. J Brailey
    2. McCullough
    3. Liddle

MID: - went from position I was most set on, to being position I can't really decide on
    1. Watson
    2. SST
    3. Daylight
    4. Koloamatangi
Wildcards: <300k cheapies (Faamausili, Utoikamanu, Hola)

    EDG:
    1. Riki
    2. Davey
    3. Crichton
    4. Matterson
    Wildcards: Fifita, Capewell

HLF: - Munster drops down without GK
    1. Cleary - other 70+ guns losing mins/injured makes it tough to go elsewhere for captain
    2. Lam
    3. Brooks (GK??)
    4. Fogarty (GK??)
    Wildcards: Schuster

CTR: (looked deeper into D Walker and noticed poor recent scores at CTR)
    1. Roberts
    2. Averillo
    3. Peachey (could be best CTR if maintaining middle role, maybe better as upgrade)

    WFB:
    1. Teddy
    2. Papenhuyzen (GK??)
    3. Laurie
    4. Niu
    5. Simonsson

Just throwing it in Fog definitely seems to be the GK and Brooks was GK'ing while Douhei was on the field as well, but Douhei nailed some brilliant shots.

Post TLT team (16k left). Apparently making a watchlist doesn't stop the TLT panic

    McCullough
    SST Fuimaono Watson
    Crichton Riki
    Cleary Townsend
    Roberts Averillo
    Teddy Papenhuyzen Laurie

    Turpin Lam Brailey Liddle
    Utoikamanu Gosiewski Simonsson Niu

Edit: Ended up swapping Fifita & Brooks to Crichton & Townsend

Really like that team mate. Wow no D. Fifita big call.

Fuimaono is a gamble but I see why you’ve done it. I went Host which is risky too!

    I like the SST pick.

Generally looks pretty good to me. I can see the reasons for most players in your 21.

Personally, having Fuimaono in the 17 would make me uncomfortable - but IF he gets good time at Lock it could be a masterstroke.
If I was getting rid of him I'd probably play one of your bench Hookers in the starting line up (lose McCullough, turn him and Fuimaono into a better combination - if possible).

That being said, most teams will have a weakness/uncertainty type player.

Some good PODs. I like the Macca pick, have had him in and out. He will rack up 100 tackles every week. I'd be worried about Fui in the 13 though, have never rated him as a Dragons fan.

You reckon the Clune to 14 rumours are bogus @Reklaw? I honestly think so which is why I'm leaning towards keeping Macca

Hard to say man, I think its more likely Macca plays 80 every week if his body holds up. I can't even imagine why you would run Clune as a bench dummy half given we have Sullivan and Amone. Just have to remember hes coming off an injury, but Hook was a big enough fan to push McInnes out for him.

Not sure who you could sacrifice to dump Fui though.

Sullivan ended up getting pretty bad hamstring injury recently

I think I'm happy to take punt on Fui, all the MIDs at that price have fair bit of risk (Lodge, LAM with stacked packs, Host in EDG who could lose spot to Koloamatangi)

    R1: 1005 (rank 263)

    Very happy with the start

Potentially have luxury to not trade. Crichton suspension is a pain however as I either play Gosiewski/Utoikamanu (can’t loop)

Potential rage trade options: Lam, Gosiewski
Potential ins: Milford (unexpectedly dominated KM), BSiro (playing in middle and edge)

Most of ins out of budget though as only 16k leftover in R1

    Post TLT:

Whoever reads this, ignore previous edits

Might actually hold Gosiewski and hope Verrills starts next week and lock in that move. I really don't need to trade either Lam/Gosiewski so it's probably just best to hold trades

Looping Niu/Lam should hopefully generate 40+

    Team (34 trades, 16k)

    Fuimaono Riki
    Cleary Townsend

Another solid score. Avoided injuries so far so maybe looking at upgrading Lam and Turpin. Short of Fifita this week unless base price wonder comes in but might be able to do it over 2 weeks

    R3: 888 (489 🔽 1357)

Was tracking fine without Cleary and Pap until Fifita decided to palm every Cowboy into the shadow realm

Biggest problem of not having him is having to sell performing cows and mid rangers to get him in. Most expendable between Turpin, Liddle, Townsend but honestly tempted to downgrade Crichton who is biggest underperformer

I'd be saving trades just having a quick look Camo. No huge issues and if you're unable to get Fifita this week without large compromises, I say just ride the prices of your team. He's not gunna score 70+ every week you'd think, though it's hard to see how he won't!

Think I'll stick with pre-TLT trades of Turpin & Liddle to Fifita & SWalker

Trading Turpin a little early is annoying but it shows I'm in decent position because the rest of my cows/mid-rangers are performing. There is a case for holding but I think I'd be losing points by not making trade at expense of ~100-130k between Liddle & Turpin

Long-term as mentioned in thread in position because of being mostly gun & milchcow which means it'll be tough or take some time to upgrade to R13 guns like Koroisau, Matterson, Moses, Haas (but thankfully these guys should lose cash) - only mid-ranger is pretty much Townsend (SST maybe sub gun but easy keep so far)

If Averillo drops out, will probably use to loop 17th man (would have to be Gosiewski as one)

Team after trades (30 trades, 21k)

    McCullough
    SST Fuimaono Watson
    Fifita Riki
    Cleary Townsend
    Roberts Niu
    Teddy Papenhuyzen Laurie

    Crichton Brailey Schuster Walker
    Alvaro Utoikamanu Gosiewski Averillo
