Sorry mate. Just re read that and I sounded like a prick.

He was named on the bench but then dropped when Twal and Mikaele came in last night.
I have no idea if it’s a niggle or just better players are back.

Maybe take a punt on Hopo?

I'd say it's a combination of better players coming back (McIntyre has played all but 2 games with Twal injured with debut in Twal injury game and played when Twal returned) and Madge taking the notion of rotation a little too far

Tigers have used the most players in the comp so far this season with 31 and most changes aren't even injury related

Gotta take some risks if you want to grab that 9th spot by the horns. People think it just comes easy for us, but was a very real threat of finishing 10th or 11th with the team we started the season with.

Nathan is a near certainty to be rested. They'll want to give Burton some game time just in case they need him during the finals.
Yeo and JFH are probably going to get reduced minutes or get rested period. Koro probably won't play 80 either and we might see Mitch Kenny on the bench soon.

Yep Siro it is and if he’s out I’ll get Koala’s score.

Just looking at other replacements, what about Garrick at FB?  340K.  When's Tommy back?

Or To'a has looked good too.  Really don't want to play Hammer.
You can probs hold as you’re already above par for the round.

Given I only have Crichton, Mulvy likes this.

Yeah, seems like there will be a few playing the three dudkerteers, so might ride it and hope I can break even.

Cleary is likely leading DallyM despite getting -6 points. Won't miss a game.

Koro most likely rested at least 1 week with calf strain

That makes sense if Penrith think one of their players winning a Dally M is more important than their team winning a premiership.

They don't win the comp without Cleary, so doesn't matter about giving the understudy another run. Can sit out Luai easily enough to play him if they really want to give him a run and Cleary still wins Dally M. It is the number 1 individual honour in the game, if he can win his dad will give him the chance.

I think it's clear they can probably play Burton against the Cowboys or Bulldogs and still win those games, as well as keeping him tuned up if they need him in the finals, increasing their chances of winning it all.

Honestly, some of your arguments as to why teams should play your particular fantasy players every single game for their own good are beyond parody

    BUMP

Sorry to hijack the thread all but I figured this message would get more exposure over here. In the process of relaunching NFL Fantasy for the upcoming season. For those who played last season and anyone that's interested in joining in this season head over to the thread and poke ya head in and say hi.

We are currently refilling leagues pretty well, still waiting on some returnees though and would love some new members!

Isn’t that exactly why you’d give him a rest when qualification is wrapped up? Getting injured in a meaningless game before the finals would be rather silly.

Then again I don’t know many players who would take a game of when they are fit. Most would be far to competitive for that yeah?

As above, if they really want to give Burton a run, they can rest Luai, who has played every game this season, rather than Dally M contention Cleary, who has sat out 2 games already.

If wishful thinking translated into points you'd have the comp wrapped up already.
