Lol thanks mate. You just basically sum up I did in fact do everything wrong. I've been pretty solid with challenges throughout this but this challenge was the first time I really felt like a deer in the headlights.

Oh, and I paid $325k for Hughes and $301k for Doorey. Say 1/8th of my cap on players I can't use. [Could've been worse - lucky Doorey was the last 2rf I purchased]

Ok, so I am doing it that if you bust the cap you win that player however you cant use them, you are then unable to bid on any future players.

surely if you bust the cap on a bid, you don’t get to win that player?

Wouldnt of been my initial plan, but i had already done that with SI after the kent busted after Group B, so i couldnt exactly go and change the rules now as it would of had a flow on effect to everyone elses players and bids.

Its not a perfect system but it was fair and equal to everyone so i am rolling with it.

Jele finished with 869k remaining and wolfie 949k despite bitting on a player he cant use, everyone else busted I will post final teams shortly.

Also if i didnt give the player to the person who won the bid for that player that would have money left to bid on other players still and I have already said i wasnt allowing that so its just the way its going to be.

Ring the ombudsman if you dont like it

Maybe, we will do this challenge before the end of the game again with a clearer set of rules next time, was very much trial and error.

This is absolute quality
