You can’t give an 18 yr old talent of the future one week and hook him when he was not too bad, that’s fucked.
Yeah to true mate, MTB's sideline description of how it looked for Niu said it all

Possibly going something like Moses to Tedesco to finish off my back three, play Mann and Luai in the halves for a week to milk every drop and keep Best another week for the same reason, really apprehensive to sell anyone who is fit at the moment.

Thinking the same. Play Mann and one of Fog/Luai and finish off my wfb

Before Moses and Horse injuries I'd cash out banked about 440k to try and get Cleary and Friend next week

Friend has looked injury prone the last few seasons, I certainly haven't regretted not owning him, and now it looks like he's gonna have to play 80 for the rest of the season? Been awhile since he's been able to do that.
Should be pretty vulnerable come finals time.

Disagree mate. Robbo's first priority is to keep his players fresh for the finals, and now Friend would be one of the most important players to keep healthy. In regards to the premiership, Radley is a huge loss. Probably one of our most important players, however Verills isn't too big of a loss with Friend still healthy.

Yeah Robbo probably one of the few who could manage it. Who else can play HK there? Strong across the park, so even a rookie might suffice if something happened to Friend, but such an important position that the gap between Roosters and everyone else might be slightly narrower now.

Only other real hooker is Freddy Lussick but I don't even think he's in our top 30. But of course theres always one bloke can do a job there... Mr reliable (Aubo).
