Don't wanna be over dramatic, but the NRL isn't very strong financially, and a lot of teams lose money every season. Missing ticket sales, food sales, and the broadcasting implications could very well see some radical measures come about.

By all accounts this won't blow over like a bad storm.

Now, what happened to Burns and Aekins Sad

Hope not. Though anything would be better than the US 'ostrich approach'

Johnsy said he spoke to Matt lodge the other day and he said he should be back around R5. Also apparently Holmes picked up a little ankle niggle early on in the game too

I’ve had a pretty poor round with Ese’ese, Wakeham and Stimson. Low ownership players stinking it up (and seconds from EZY being my only flop Sad ). I know it’s only round 1 and the consensus will be to play it calm, but I am thinking of doing the unspeakable by pulling funds from my team for corrections. If I didn’t have two gun centres (also have Aubbs Love  ). I probably wouldn’t, but at this point it’s looking pretty frivolous when I need to put cash elsewhere. I have BJ Leilua set to play today but I could swap him for Musgrove and play Wiliame instead (currently in my NPRs). This frees up cash so that essentially instead of doing Wakeham>Mann (just about my only move atm), I can do Wakeham>Isaako (via Drinkwater). Leaves no WFB/CTR cover on my bench but my team looks a great deal stronger and I pick up the only real “must-haves” for my mind for the round (also doing Ezy>Horse).

    Tl;dr
    BJ Leilua + Mann upvote
    Wiliame + Isaako downvote

Madge on Musgrove - "I think he can be one of the great front-rowers of the game. He's just got to make sure he gets on the field and does that consistently."

Is this Madge saying he will give him every opportunity (40 minutes) or he needs to get on the field (slowly up his minutes)??? Who knows

I will be so happy to get to 800! As usual, one of my shit starts. I’m doing so much better in Supercoach. Stimson, Moses, Burns, and Blake. 😔
