Might be the reason they keep going to tribal? Keep voting out blokes that have been around the block and know what they are doing is a nice way to end up back at tribal

Looks like they have zero confidence in themselves to back up any fantasy know how so going with the lesser herd mentality. Lack of self belief and investing into a team
