I'm aiming for Munster as my final gun but if he's rested this week, I think I might go for Pearce as a POD.

The Knights don't have a particularly tough run home per se, Ponga back in the team. Making the charge to the finals should see him rack up some good attacking stats.

He's also someone I can get in with just 1 trade to get rid of spuds like Mann or Robson.

For a second I thought wow Pearce scores well with Ponga at FB. Then I saw all the tries and was like oh that's the reason for the 52 average.

I don’t think I’ll trade now......might just hang on to those 5 golden nuggets until the inevitable injuries and suspensions happen. There’s 8 rounds left and 1 or 2 trades from here isn’t going to cut it this year. If a team scores 1100 last week, surely there’s no need to trade? Maybe Watson to Turbo/Ponga/Tedesco, only if he’s benched. I think CNK is keeper material and am glad plenty of teams dumped him. Bad move

Nikora to Jurbo for me. 3 trades for run home.

Thinking of burning them and focusing on the golf game.

Hoping SJ's efforts on the weekend become a norm for him. He is used to having the pressure on him and his team and always throws something out of his bag to put on a big points play. Up against his old squad this week will want to put on a show. I reckon it's not too much of an ask for him to avg 50+ for the rest of the year.

Hoping to finish the year in the top 400.

Crichton to Cook leaves 4 for me
1 planned trade of Fainu> half when I need coverage leaves 3 for injuries
Looking like another year of decent ranking without ever contending

Only two players I’m considering trading out are nikora and Xerri. Both playing warriors is appealing. But jurbo is a better prospect long term

Would anyone sell Xerri before Lomax? Lomax should walk straight back into the team and offers good cover for the run home. Xerri has the higher ceiling though but would get more money out of him.

Was going to go SST to Jurbo to complete team but holding with only two trades left. What's the worst that can happen?

Lomax has one game above 35. That was a 66 off the back of a try, 6 goals, a try assist, 2 line break assists and 105 metres. Before that game he was averaging 28.5 as an 80 minute player. If he is your only WFB cover than it's a no brainer, but if you have other wfb cover than Xerri is by far the better prospect as someone who can hit 45+ pretty easy and an avg of 39.17 without his injury game.

Don't be scared by last weeks score by SST. Was coming off a two week layoff due to HIA and had a pretty big hit last week that may have hampered his minutes. Will average 48-53 for the rest of the year I reckon.

Coates my only cover, who won't be cover anymore by the looks. Yeah, I'm not expecting much in the way of scores from Lomax, just the cover really. Still have Watson but he will probably get sold if he's back to the bench.

My highest rank is 108th. My goal was to finish top 100 this year. I’m 111st now, but way too far behind the leaders to make a dent, so I’m just going to see how high I can get. Considering i was 21,700th after R1 I’d be satisfied with top 100. Gotta have goals.
