According to the NRL no contract had been lodged with them.
Just a couple of questions:
1. So did Canberra only have 24 signed players next year and this didn't raise a red flag with the NRL or do they now have 26 ?
2. Are they over the cap for next year now ?
3. Who from the club is signing off and not lodging contracts ?
4. How many other undiscovered contracts are floating around the nation's capital ?
5. In principle is this the same as the Storm ??
