"working from home" watching the telecast since about 8am. Owners and jockeys were like ants over the track this morning. They have called it a firm 4 but everyone agrees there is 10m from the rail out that is 4 then the next 5m is a quicksand 5 from the 400m then wider out a 4 again. The field will split going down the straight. The 2 year olds will stick to the rail because it's all they know and have no chance otherwise. I expect the older horses to go wide if they are further back at the last turn and take the outside run. Nothing coming up the middle this year like previous years.

I'm just writing what I heard. I know nothing about racing.
(just chucked a number out there to be honest, just meant younger less experienced)

I realised he meant down the straight after I read it, sorry NW.
Did my arse on the cup and only had one winner for the day which I took unders for. I'll still be back Thursday though.

I think there's a mile limit on 2 yr olds here, they regularly run over 2000m in Europe
